The main floor brings it! These are gorgeous, colorful spaces, the open kitchen, dining, and living areas flow into one easy, communal area. Great for big beach-day breakfasts or slow dinners where nobody's in a rush to leave the table.

When the sun dips low, the magic moves outside, where the back patio and private pool earns its keep. A dedicated grilling area, outdoor seating, a TV for the game, and a firepit that tends to keep people up way too late.
