Best of all, you're just an easy stroll from Bid-A-Wee's 2500 feet of private gated beach access—one of the quieter, less crowded stretches of Panama City Beach—while still being within walking distance of favorite restaurants, beach bars, and family attractions.

The Groovy Grounds (pool area)
At the heart of the property is The Groovy Grounds—a resort-style courtyard SHARED exclusively between Baby Dolphin and Mama Dolphin (separate listing).

The Groovy Grounds (pool area) were designed as a place where guests naturally gather while still enjoying the privacy of their own home.
Comfortable Coastal Living
The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, a blender, crockpot, toaster, tea kettle, and coffee bar. We also provide a washer and dryer, steamer, Pack 'n Play, and complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, stevia, and basic spices.
Location
Located in the quiet Bid-A-Wee Beach community, you'll enjoy private beach access while remaining close to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park, grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Walk to Runaway Island, Local Steamer, Moe's BBQ, The Salty Hobo, Hidden Lagoon, and Fun-Land Arcade. ECP airport is easily reached via the new airport connector.
Pet Friendly
• $100 per approved dog
• Dogs must remain on a leash whenever they are outside.
• Please supervise pets while outdoors.
A Few Things to Know
• The Groovy Grounds (pool area) is shared exclusively with guests staying at Baby Dolphin.
• Your front porch, covered patio, front yard, and the entire Mama Dolphin home are private and exclusively yours.
* The Baby Dolphin guests (back house) share parking in the front with the Mama Dolphin (this house), and must walk next to the Mama Dolphin (left side) to access their house.
• Optional pool and spa heating is available upon request for $70 per day.
• Ring cameras monitor the exterior entrances for security (video and audio).
• Coffee and consumable supplies are stocked for approximately the first four days of your stay.
• Internet outages can occur and are outside our control.
• Outside quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Strict cancellation policy—please consider travel insurance.
Before You Arrive
*****This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit We have 2 options that you can choose between:
Option 1: Damage Waiver ($50) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $3000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$4/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($2,500) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
Early Check-in, if available: $20 per hour. Less than 1 hour there is no charge, if available.
Late Check-out, if available: Noon check-out, $50
