Questo INCREDIBILE condominio al 3 ° piano 3br 2ba sul golfo di Calipso è stato completamente ristrutturato e offre la migliore posizione sulla spiaggia. Wi-Fi ad alta velocità e TV via cavo in tutte le camere.

Vuoi questo condominio .. Ecco perché.
1. Parcheggio privato sotto l'edificio, risparmia ore senza camminare avanti e indietro sul parcheggio, parcheggia, sali sull'ascensore e vai direttamente nella tua stanza.
2. Decorazioni personalizzate, nessun pacchetto condominiale economico qui ... Enorme balcone frontale del Golfo da 27 'si affaccia sull'oceano.
3. Comodi letti nuovi per un sonno riposante in vacanza.
4. Il nono piano è sopra il rumore della strada, ma non è così alto da essere scomodo.
5. Siamo locali e abbiamo 24 anni di esperienza. Abbiamo migliaia di ospiti felici, che tornano anno dopo anno.
6. Unità multiple! Disponiamo di oltre 20 unità nella sola Calypso e possiamo ospitare gruppi numerosi.
7. La torre est è la torre ottimale. Ascensori veloci, vicino al molo, vicino al tramonto, parco del molo più vicino ... non batterai questa unità.

Cucina completamente attrezzata con macchina per il caffè, King master con vista dominante sul golfo e bagno privato, Camera da letto 2 - 1 letto matrimoniale, camera da letto spaziosa per gli ospiti con bagno collegato, Camera da letto 3 - 1 letto a castello, divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno. 8 posti letto comodamente.

9. Direttamente di fronte a Pier Park .. non preoccuparti di dover salire in macchina .. Il divertimento è qui, sto solo aspettando che tu venga.

Our family stayed in this condo and rang in 2025. Condo was all the things you want….spacious, first floor, walk to Pier Park, full laundry room..etc. Book it..you won’t be disappointed.

The property has beautiful views and is a really nice condo. It’s convenient to Pier Park and many good restaurants. The beds were really comfortable. We had a couple of small issues with the 108-1 condo. The shower curtain liner had black mold on the bottom of it. The vinyl sofa had vinyl worn off in numerous places so you had to be careful not to snag clothing and The living room furniture was uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was great.

Customer service was amazing! Location is perfect! Plenty of room for 7 adults to stay in the condo. Loved having walk out beach access and the beach view from the condo was the best part. Hope to stay again soon.

Room was clean, updated and perfect for what we needed. We love staying on the 1st floor. This was our 4th stay at Calypso and we absolutely love it! Walking distance to pier park and restaurants, shopping. Another 5 star stay!

Awesome place to spend spring break! Beautiful clean beach and the included beach chairs were a nice perk. Beds were super comfortable, the unit had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this condo!

The place has a great location / view and is convenient to basically everything. Only real compliant was the King and queen beds were really uncomfortable and really cheap mattresses. We checked the reviews and the company said the mattresses were new, which may be true, but there were awful. There was also a lack of silverware and dishes (which were also cheap). We're fine with cheap stuff but for another few dollars at least fill up the drawers and cabinets. We had a couple issues and the management company was quick to respond (a positive). Overall great and easy stay but tough rating because of the beds. Building was convenient also.

I actually loved the condo and would give it 5 stars but the mattress in the master bedroom is absolutely terrible. It is SO nosy and uncomfortable. It should be replaced ASAP. Other than that, the condo was beautiful and clean. Location was perfect. Elevators were fast. Parking in the garage under the building is a game changer. Check in was easy. Love the pool, tiki hut, and ability to walk to Pier Park.

This condo is in an excellent location as it is adjacent to Pier Park and right on the Gulf. The condo itself is clean and has the amenities you need. My only negative comment is that the mattresses, sheets and pillows were not the best quality, but overall it was a nice condo and I would return.

This was our youngest 1st time to the beach and she had a blast staying here. With the beach and pool right here for her and our other daughter it was the easiest. Our sons baseball team played in a tournament and most of the team stayed here at the resort which made it very nice. Would stay again.

Great spot in PCB! We loved the clean beach, beautiful water, and location. A short walk to the pier and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Walmart/Target/mall just a couple minutes away for groceries and anything you forgot to bring. The condo is very nice and updated, clean and well kept, ocean front balcony great for sitting and taking it all in. We would definitely come back!

The beds were awful, the mattresses were old & very uncomfortable, in all 3 bedrooms. The dresser in the master was very out of date & the drawers didn’t work, they would just fall out when you pull them, very bad quality. The couch was ok, but definitely very used & needs replacing. Bathrooms were nice, shower curtains were junk & would come off the rod EVERYTIME you open & close it. The location was great, but the condo definitely needs updating… the kitchen needed more supplies also!

Wonderful relaxing stay. Unit is the perfect size and has everything you need. Only complaint would be actions of other people staying there. But this property owner has no control over that. Beach chairs were wonderful and underground parking was so nice. Will be staying in this unit again.

We had a family of 7 and this condo was perfect for us. It was right by Pier Park and the opposite direction you could walk to Diego’s. The beds were comfortable and the parking spot under the Tower made it easy to unload luggage and groceries. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I booked this property two weeks before our planned trip because friends had chosen this same condominium complex. It is convenient to the beach and Pier Park! Steps away from the sand. However, I was disappointed that the cleaning staff is not paying attention to detail. Upon arrival, the master bed looked as though someone has just taken a nap on the pillows and comforter. The kitchen counter was sticky. And the bathroom drawers were disgusting. They had hair and trash in them. The worst are the pillows. They are brown and flat and so desperately need replacing. Again no fault of the owners but the cleaning company they’ve hired to clean clearly are not nor are they making the owners aware of the issues. Hence my having to buy a Swifer and cleaning supplies to do it myself. Nothing to do with this unit - but the couple we were vacationing with had bed bugs in their unit on the 5th floor! This made the trip very uncomfortable but I know a bed bug infestation can get out of hand. So take note!
