Beautiful Condo

My family and I were pleasantly surprised by the condo’s condition. It was pretty clean and in great shape. We had everything we needed. Communication with Ms. Sue was wonderful. She stayed on top of everything from the beginning to the end. The rest of the crew working there was also amazing. My parents and daughter had a blast, and so did I.

We had a great time at PCB. The condo was the perfect size for four of us. The staff were wonderful too! If we’re back at this beach, we’re likely to rent from here again.

Overall everything was great! There are a few things to point out: 1. TV in master bedroom did not have any volume ( yes, I checked all the things) 2. The door going to balcony was super hard to lock and the door had high pitch squeal when opening and closing door! Otherwise perfect, very friendly staff no long waits in elevators.

Great Resort - but needs minor updates

me and my family (with a 2 y/o) stayed here April 20-27th. The rooms were a good size to fit us all. The guest bedroom had a queen bed (we had to bring a pack and play for a toddler, so it was a little tight for that). I LOVED the master bedroom windows going from the floor to ceiling along the wall facing the ocean, the view was incredible. Check in/out was easy. the number texted me when the room was ready with all our passcodes, they had our wristbands waiting on us in our room, so we never had to ask for anything. The room had a washer and dryer (very small), Stove, Microwave, and a good fridge and freezer. Location is great - you are no more than 2 minutes from Pineapple Willy's, The Wharf, Coconut Creek Putt Putt, Wonder Works, or Ripley's. You are about 10-15 minutes from Pier Park / surrounding resturants depending on traffic. my 3 complaints - which are not a big deal breaker for us 1. the shower door in the master bathroom needs a new seal asap. it never shut properly, so we had to rig a way to keep it from leaking. 2. In the master bathroom, the sinks are on the outside of the bathroom door, so if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, you will wake your partner up when you wash your hands. 3. the lock on the back door is just a rusted metal lever and is very difficult to lock or unlock just by using your fingers. - on the bright side, this actually was helpful for us with a toddler since they could not unlock the door on their own.

Bachelorette trip

We came down and stayed for our friends bachelorette trip. The location was perfect, the beds were super comfortable, and the view was one of the absolute best! Great pool and vibe there as well! We will definitely be back!

Overall good say

We had a great stay. Pool is extremely strict with making kids take a break every hour for 10 minutes. A few items about the condo. The sofa sleeper needs to be updated. It is extremely worn out. The sliding balcony door was extremely difficult to push open. Lastly, the track for the drapery for the balcony doors and windows needs to be tacked in place better. It was partially falling down.

Bike week

We all loved the location and the property. The second bedroom mattress needs replacing, the couch and chair could be updated also- sagging and older. Some paint is peeling off the cabinets in the kitchen but the unit itself was very clean. We had a beautiful view from the 17th floor and our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Going to look at this again for next year.

Perfect!!

My family of four had the best time this week! The view was amazing! Even though the building was huge the beach wasn't packed like we thought it would be. The elevator wait was good too! There are five elevators so it works out well! The condo was as pictured! Very nice! Check in was so easy! They simply sent a text when they had verified it was ready with the code. The only thing that could have been better was the pillows, but we are always prepared and brought our own. The floors weren't as clean as we would have liked but no big deal, we expect that at the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay and if we come back we will definitely stay at this condo again!

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!

4 of us were on a long road trip only staying a short 2 nights. From the moment you open the door, the view, accommodations and location were perfect! $35/day x 4 for beach chairs was painful as we rarely stayed more than a few hours at a time. But overall, a great stop! And make sure to dine at the Grand Marlin for dinner, the very best Oysters Rockefeller I've ever had! AND all of these hotspot dining establishments have 2hr waits after 5pm, so plan accordingly to avoid dissappointment! Thank you so much for having us! Cannot wait to come back this winter!

Property location is great, the property itself however does need some renovations. The beds aren’t comfortable, there was a hole in master bathroom door upon arrival, laminate peeling off the cabinets, door stoppers literally falling out the wall. This were all reported and stated it would be immediately taken care of. Overall, the resort was nice and we enjoyed our vacation. This particular condo just isn’t up to par with other condos I’ve stayed at within the Boardwalk.
