    Questo spazioso condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni attende con ansia il vostro arrivo! Perfettamente situato a pochi passi dalla sabbia con una maestosa vista sull'oceano dal 14 ° piano.

    Emerald Isle si trova all'estremità occidentale della spiaggia di Panama City, a pochi minuti da Pier Park. Letto king size nella camera matrimoniale. Regina nella seconda camera da letto. Sia la camera da letto principale che il soggiorno si affacciano sull'oceano. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Lettori TV e DVD in tutte le stanze. Il balcone di 10 piedi e mezzo ha un tavolo con 4 sedie. The condo was exactly what we expect when renting from Helen, perfection! We have rented several times from her in this building and it’s always a fabulous experience. We had an amazing time and look forward to our next trip. I, also, want to mention that I met the nicest lady at the office. She was so friendly and helpful. Wish I had caught her name, but I thoroughly enjoyed talking to her when I checked in.

Such a Great Property! This was our second Year staying with Helen and her property is Amazing! The property is Clean, Spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Well stocked with cookware, and pleasantly quite as its an end apartment with an oversized balcony and Spectacular View. Helen is a Great Host all around! I reached out to her with several Questions ahead of check in time and she was able to assist me No Problem. If you are looking for a PCB getaway with a Reliable Host and a Great Family Unit I’d definitely touch base with Helen about 1401. Our family is looking forward to Next year.

The condo was very clean, spacious , beautifully decorated and great views from the balcony. Plenty of elevators hardly any wait. Parking was easy. Beach was very nice and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

This condo was amazing! Very clean, great beach decor, comfortable beds and furniture, and an awesome huge balcony with a great view of the beach and ocean. Check in was easy and the booking process was easy. The host was very responsive and quick to answer our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place To Stay!

We stayed here during the July 4th week. Great condo and location. Watched the beautiful sunsets from the balcony and the fireworks up and down the shoreline. Condo had everything our family needed and really enjoyed the quieter West end location. We plan to return again!

2023 Florida Vacation

Enjoyed our 2022 vacation property so much with no issues, rebooked the same for 2023 with the same results. If we decide to go to that part of Florida for 2024 will highly consider booking the same again.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in PCB this year. This condo nailed it. It was perfect in every way. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Will definitely try to secure this home for future stays. Highly recommend

October Sunsets

This is our 2nd year in row that we have stayed at this condo. We hope to go again next year. The condo is clean and updated and because it is on the far end we can watch the most beautiful sunsets and see the fireworks display at Pier Park. We like that it is mostly families and older adults so it is peaceful and quiet.

Emerald Isle Condo

Easy access to Beautiful beach, very close to Pier Park and restaurants. Balcony at the condo is huge. A must is The old Florida Fish house. Very beautiful outdoors in evening and indoor seating. Excellent food and service. Live Music in the evening. Nice. Not blaring.

Fantastic view

I've stayed at a few condos in Panama City Beach and this is by far the best one I've stayed at. We enjoyed being on the quieter side of the beach front. Location isn't far from the touristy parts of PCB. Patio view is breath taking. We didn't take advantage of the grills in the pool/hot tub area but would the next time. Every room was spacious, the furniture very comfortable. I would highly recommend Emerald Isle to everyone. We would also stay here again.

Beautiful place!

The property is very well kept at all times! There is always parking and the elevators arent a long wait from higher floors. The condo was so beautiful and comfy.It fit all our needs and then some. The view each day was absolutely amazing from the balcony Definately one of the best condos I've been to! Helen was very responsive and helpful during the whole trip. I will definately be coming back.

Family Vacation Emerald Isle Style

Reviewer Comments: As I searched for the Welcome email in my way overcrowded I was excited to see that I had stayed at one of the other properties owned by Helen. So I knew I was in for a great stay. This unit was very nicely decorated in case you needed reminders you were at the coast, without being over the top with every coastal decoration that could be found. All the essentials were readily available and this end unit was perfect for being right next to the stairs in case of a fire alarm (which did happen but was a false alarm) and allowing you to glance at your vehicle across the street. We had one minor issue with our entry code and Helen had someone there to help us in minutes. She has a great support team onsite it seems.
