  • Celadon 1602 è un allegro condominio di fronte al golfo di Panama City Beach con 3 camere da letto che include una camera a castello per bambini che offre un ottimo sfondo per una vacanza divertente in famiglia. Quando entri in questo residence per condominio, sai che sei in un luogo di vacanza progettato per una vacanza in famiglia indimenticabile: viste fantastiche, camere grandi, spiaggia ben attrezzata, bellissima, due piscine e una posizione comoda per tutto, ma abbastanza lontano che è tranquillo.

    Ma iniziamo con ciò che rende questo il posto perfetto. Esci sul balcone e la prima cosa che noterai è la vista mozzafiato sul Golfo. Il Celadon è costruito vicino alla spiaggia e offre splendide viste sulla spiaggia e sull'acqua. Guarda le foto del balcone e immagina di rilassarti con il caffè del mattino qui fuori. Infatti, ti consigliamo di portare con te il binocolo in modo da poterti divertire guardando i delfini giocare nell'acqua. Avrai la sensazione di poterti toccare e toccare. Avrai voglia di passare tutto il tuo tempo qui perché hai una splendida vista sulla spiaggia e sul golfo. Godrai davvero dei tramonti spettacolari a ovest. Un ottimo posto alla fine di una grande giornata.

    Il soggiorno è molto aperto e dispone di un comodo divano con un divanetto accanto. Le foto mostrano quanto sia spaziosa e confortevole la zona giorno. C'è anche un grande schermo TV per divertirti! Un sacco di spazio per tutta la famiglia.

    L'area CUCINA è ben attrezzata e offre splendide viste. E 'ben fornito, quindi non importa se cucini la tua specialità o semplicemente aggiustando mac e formaggio per i bambini, hai tutto ciò che ti serve per soddisfare la famiglia.

    La sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente sei persone e offre viste sulla spiaggia in modo che la famiglia possa condividere i pasti e scambiare la loro parte preferita dei loro giorni in spiaggia mentre si gode di tutta la bellezza del golfo.

    La MASTER SUITE dispone di lussuoso letto king e bagno privato. C'è un sacco di spazio per riporre il tuo abbigliamento da spiaggia negli ampi armadi. Noterai la TV che ti offre una visione eccezionale quando ti rilassi dopo una giornata piena di attività a Panama City Beach. È possibile uscire sul balcone dal MASTER SUITE che è davvero bello.

    Il SECONDO MASTER è ugualmente ben arredato con un letto KING. E tanto spazio per tutto ciò che hai portato in spiaggia. Questa camera da letto allegro è un ottimo rifugio con un sacco di spazio. C'è anche una TV a schermo piatto in questa SUITE di grandi dimensioni.

    La camera a castello per bambini è dotata di un letto a castello che è perfetto per i bambini. Si godranno lo schermo piatto da 25 "anche qui.

    La lavatrice / asciugatrice si trova in una posizione comoda per rendere tutti in abiti puliti un gioco da ragazzi.

The room was good for the most part. The condo itself however no. The power flickered and the elevators were out for the entire trip. Had to have a worker come get you everytime you needed to use the elevator you had to text a number and it would pass you multiple times before picking you up. Another guest said this has been a problem for the last 3 years. The day I left it took 45 min to get one load to the car due to the elevator issues and when we finally got back to get our last suitcase the door code changed and we were locked out of the condo. So I had to sit on the floor by the front door until I could get someone to respond to me. The elevator at the parking deck also went out that day and we had to take the stairs. I don’t think I would stay here again. The room however was clean except they need to dust the ceiling fans the master looked pretty nasty, and the bunk room has no closet or tv not big enough to even sit a suitcase down on the floor so those had to be kept in another room.

Cute and roomy

I love the fact that you have two king size beds! Great for couples. Twin room was small, but we just had one so it was perfect for us and just what we needed. Definitely would stay here again! The only negatives would be, the bathtub could be updated in the master bathroom and the broken blinds in there as well.

Great location

Nice condo with basic amenities. Great view from the family room and master bedroom! Easy access to the beach. No issues with the parking garage. Easy in and out. Pools were nice and heated. Overall a great stay!

Great location. LOTS of room in this condo! Kitchen could use some additional utensils, but has the basics. Our only complaint was that the description of the condo states there is a 25” tv in the bunk room, and that is not the case. There is no tv in that room. Pools are amazing! Overall, fabulous condo with plenty of room for a family!!

Family oriented

My family and I were blessed enough to take my grandmother on her first ever beach vacation. The views from our balcony was everything she imagined the ocean to be. Only complaint we have, we could not get the living room tv to work. Overall, check in was easy, condo was a decent size & everyone was happy with it!

4th of July week

The condo was good, it was quiet and not crowded. Never had a problem with the elevators. The ladies working there and cleaning the property were working hard! The pools were good. The room itself was okay, not the cleanest. There were broken blinds in living room and in the master bedroom so the sun woke us up super early. Beds were comfy. The bunk bed room had no storage for the kids clothes so they had to live out of their suitcase’s. Overall we had a good time.

Family trip

Overall the condo was nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. However, the coffee pot wouldn’t work, there was a sewage smell occasionally in the front master bathroom and the bunk room for kids didn’t have a tv like the description mentioned. That room was one of the main reasons I booked this property. It’s in a great location and close to everything you could want. It was a nice family vacation.

Great!

The location is great, the condo is just as described. You cannot *BACK* your vehicle into a parking space or you will receive a citation. Parking is $40 per vehicle. Other than that, our stay was great.

Christmas vacation

The property was very clean. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of memories were made we had a blast. I tried calling property management a few times with no one answering due to the issue of the lights over dining room table would not work.

Our stay

Most of the dishes were dirty and had to be cleaned. There were chips on the floor from the the last tenets. Looked like dog poop or something on the balcony that had been there long enough to not be identifiable. But other than that a very nice place to stay. No issues with checking in or out. Overall cleanliness was adequate. Great area where traffic wasn’t too bad.

A Must Stay

Checking in was a breeze once instructions were sent. Carts are available to lug your stuff from the garage to the condo. As soon as you walk in you are blown away by the cleanliness and how pretty it is. Kitchen is stocked with essentials and the restrooms have TP for the first day or so so make sure you bring your essentials. The high chairs are a nice Touch If you are traveling with little ones. The south pool was closed but we were able to use the other one. Overall 10/10!!

Elevators were not consistently working. The clothes dryer in the unit didn’t work. There was an issue with accessing the parking permit and no one could reach the property manager. Location was perfect and beach access was easy.

Beachfront With A View

The property was clean, comfortable and as advertised. Great view of the ocean from the 16th floor balcony. Easy access to the beach. Has 2 pools and hot tubs. Located in a good part of town away from the traffic but close enough for a quick ride to the get to restaurants and shops. The only area for improvement is to upgrade/replace the pots and pans. Some of them had very loose handles. The unit had umbrellas and chairs to use which was nice. Previous reviewers mention that you only get one roll of TP per bathroom...that is accurate bring extra TP and paper towels. All in all a very nice unit and very enjoyable vacation.
