GODETEVI QUESTO SOUGHT DOPO IL PRIMO PIANO, UNITÀ ANTERIORE GOLFO CON ACCESSO ALLA SPIAGGIA PRIVATA !!! Facile check-in direttamente dall'altra parte della strada.

Questo bunker ristrutturato 1BR \ 1BA +2 al primo piano offre accesso diretto e privato dal portico posteriore e solo pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Non devi trascinare l'attrezzatura da spiaggia intorno all'edificio e salire le rampe di scale. È dotato di Internet wireless \ WiFi ad alta velocità e 2 TV a schermo piatto con cavo digitale e lettori DVD.

Situato in posizione strategica tra Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach e Seaside. Così vicino a ottimi ristoranti e negozi, tra cui HUB appena aperto in fondo alla strada. Molte attività locali tra cui ciclismo / jogging / percorso pedonale proprio fuori dal complesso, che si estende lungo la panoramica 30-A. Goditi le premiate Spiagge di South Walton con spiagge di sabbia soffice e incontaminata e acque color smeraldo: non ci sono grattacieli qui!

Camera da letto principale - ha 6 cassetti sotto il letto, armadio, comodino, lampade lui e lei e TV a schermo piatto da 32 "a parete con lettore DVD incorporato.

Zona giorno principale: dispone di TV a schermo piatto da 50 pollici e lettore DVD. Incluso è internet ad alta velocità via cavo o wireless e TV via cavo. Viste incredibili sul Golfo del Messico sia dal portico che dall'interno!

Nice family getaway

We booked this largely due to the extremely easy beach access and that did not disappoint! Quiet-ish beach and ideal location near seagrove and rosemary. Tons of state parks nearby for swimming. Dune lakes and fishing. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Stay

The best stay. Quiet location with the private beach access. Many tourist in the area with the nearby public beach but the private access was perfect for us. Would absolutely stay again. Great communication, perfect description of the condo.

Beach plus

Location was fantastic especially proximity to the beach! Condo furnishings were not so good. Couch and chair in living room were not comfortable and bed wasn’t either. Having no dresser or chest in bedroom made for having to keep clothes in suitcase all week except what could hang in cposet. Recommend updating and providing at lwast one comfortable chair and a mattress topper might help.

Spring Break

Perfect Location. We absolutely loved our stay. Being able to walk down to the beach was perfect. We also liked that the beach area in front of the units was reserved for guests only. It made it far less crowded and more family friendly. Even though it was a condo, we never heard any of our neighbors and it was full for spring break. Host was awesome, and the unit was exaclty as described. 100% would stay again.

Just what we needee

This condo is perfectly located within 20 minutes of restaurants, shopping and anything else you need. The private beach is just a few steps from the back door and the parking lot is just a few steps from the front door. The location is perfectly quiet at night and the condo itself is just perfect. The owner was lightning fast in answering the few questions I had. We couldn't be happier. We will absolutely be back!

The condo was nice and clean. The beach was perfect for little kids, the water was shallow for a little while so they could play in the waves. Water was crystal clear and sand was powder white.

Perfect location!

Couldn't have asked for a better location. Great to be able to just walk right out to the beach. Porch was a nice place to relax as well and still enjoy the ocean view. Very clean unit. Kitchen well stocked. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Chairs/umbrellas were available to rent in front of the unit, but we brought our own chairs and sat at the water's edge each day, and did not experience any issues. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Right on the beach

Great place, clean comfortable for 2. Bunk beds in converted hall closet for sleeping- outside the master bedroom. Just an FYI, also Lots of stairs to beach. not an issue for us. Also, beach chair vendors to the left think they own the ocean ond every inch of sand. They dont. It's public from waters edge back 20 feet. Dont let them tell you you cant be there because it's private. It's public. Location was great, but not neighboring property vendors. I would recommend this place but you should be aware of these things. I will go back again. It was relaxing to sit out on the balcony and watch the waves.

Fantastic Beach Front!

We had a wonderful time. The area is very nice, the property clean and peaceful. It is truly just steps down the stairs to have your toes in the sand and just a few more steps to the water. The location is excellent and the first floor condo was great! It was a great place to hang out after a day in the sun or when it was rainy. Eric, the host, was very communicative with me and answered all of my questions promptly. Will definitely stay in Mistral #5 again. Thank you, Eric for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Location

This was an ideal spot for our little family. We just wanted a clean place to stay with an ocean view, easy and direct beach access. It’s not remodeled or up to date furniture or anything, but that’s not what we were looking for. I’m actually glad it wasn’t, as that would likely make it more expensive, and we didn’t case about the aesthetic of the living room on our beach vacation. Host was responsive and helpful! Would stay here again

Texas Spring Break

Overall the trip was great. Location was solid. Beach and weather were perfect. Other than the condo needing upgraded WiFi/Internet (streaming/work purposes) the stay was flawless. Air COnditioning was great. The host was very responsive.
