DETAILS:

Coastal charm meets incredible 30A location! This custom-built 5 bedroom + 4 bathroom home in the heart of Seacrest features multiple private porches and the impressive primary suite boasts 2 walk-in closets and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual sink vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate glass shower.

It is just a short bike ride to the extraordinary ultra-desirable 30A communities of Rosemary and Alys Beach. Take in the turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast and then lounge poolside with friends and loved ones! You're just steps away from the popular 12,000-square-foot community lagoon pool.

This professionally decorated home features beautiful coastal decor and top-of-the-line finishes. The kitchen offers stainless appliances, a gas range, granite countertops, an eat-in breakfast bar, and designer cabinets. A vast flat-screen TV and comfy seating make the living room the perfect venue for a vacation movie night! There is also a full bathroom on the first floor in addition to the Master suite with a King bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub.

Ascending to the second floor, you'll find the second Master suite with a King bed, one set of Twin-over-Twin bunks, a flat-screen TV, and a shared jack-and-jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Another bedroom with two Queen beds shares this jack-and-jill bathroom. Just down the hall, you'll find another King bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The last bedroom has one set of Twin-over-Twin bunks. The vast second-floor deck is the perfect place to kick back with friends and loved ones over sundowners- all bedrooms have access to the deck!

This gorgeous coastal home offers a full array of amenities. Whether it's enjoying a ride on the complimentary bikes, grilling outdoors, or simply relaxing in this beautiful space - this Seacrest home makes the perfect coastal retreat.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 14 + 2 on provided air mattress):

FIRST FLOOR:
-Master Bedroom 1: King bed, private porch access, en-suite bathroom with shower and soaking tub, 2 walk-in closets
-Full Bathroom: Glass shower

SECOND FLOOR:
-Master Bedroom 2: King bed PLUS one set of Twin-over-Twin bunks, shared jack-and-jill Bathroom with shower/tub combination, private porch access
-Bedroom 3: Two Queen beds and a shared jack-and-jill bathroom with shower/tub combination and private porch access
-Bedroom 4: One Queen bed and a shared bathroom with shower/tub combination and private porch access
-Bedroom 5: One set of Twin-over-Twin bunks and private porch access

Queen size air mattress and pack n' play kept in home and available for guests' use at no additional charge.

Guest Access

Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!

There is a complimentary tram that can be used to get to and from the beach that stops right in front of the home!

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.

This house was large enough for our whole family (14 of us in all), and in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and pool. Beach access is a little bit of a pain, since you have to enter through the gate of another development, and you can't even take bikes into it. Overall it's a great place to stay and we would definitely do it again.
