Grande casa privata sul West End di PCB - Vicino a 30A - 200 passi dalla spiaggia

A pochi passi dalle più belle spiagge del mondo e tramonti ipnotici. Favolosa casa sulla spiaggia appena attraversata la strada dalla bellissima acqua color smeraldo e le sabbie da zucchero del West End. Siamo solo circa 200 passi dalla spiaggia.

Piano principale: grande open space, cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo che può ospitare 10. Appena fuori dalla cucina, una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato completo che lo rende comodo per i più mattinieri o anziani. Come bonus aggiuntivo, l'area comune comprende un bagno di servizio e un servizio lavanderia completo.

Al piano superiore: master suite con letto king size e bagno privato con aree di seduta private interne ed esterne. Ci sono due ulteriori camere da letto matrimoniali (una con due letti queen size) e (una con un letto matrimoniale). Entrambe le camere condividono il 2 ° bagno completo al piano di sopra.

Esterni: veranda coperta a terra e balcone coperto al piano superiore principale. Il cortile è recintato con un capannone che comprende 4 sedie per la spiaggia, un ombrellone, una griglia di propano, due biciclette, un po 'di attrezzatura da pesca e alcuni giochi d'acqua per bambini.

Great place for a a large family stay. Me and my family (Fiancé, me, mother, father, brother and his wife and 4 yr old and 2 yr old, and sister and her husband stayed here a week. Great place for a large family to have individual rooms for privacy on a budget. Short walk to the an amazing under crowded public beach access. Away from the condo madness but close enough to get to restaurants and sites with little trouble. Great family friendly area. 10/10 would recommend will most likely book here in the future.

250 steps to the beach is no lie. What a great location and close to Rosemary Beach for dining and a Publix for groceries without any traffic jams. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Note: the master bedroom upstairs is bigger than what appears in the photos. This is the first time I have used VRBO and Donna promptly answered all my questions. i would stay here again. Dining suggestions are Shades Bar and Grill (not your typical bar food), Amici's Pizza and the Canopy Road cafe for breakfast.

Stayed here to celebrate one of our girls! We loved how easy it was to get to the beach and that nobody had to sleep in a twin or bunk bed! Communication with the owners was great as well! Will be booking again in the future!

Great location in PCB for those looking to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Beach is clean and not too crowded. House is close to restaurants but not in the middle of the party scene. House is beautiful- very clean and fully stocked making it easy to arrive and settle right in.

We had a lovely, multi-generational stay that was perfect for the whole family. It was an easy walk to the beach and perfect for both my 85-year-old grandmother and 3-year-old kids. If you enjoy the Sunnyside area of PCB and are looking for plenty of space and relaxation for less than ten people, I highly recommend this property.

Everything went smooth. Easy to contact the owner and was quick to reply. We left some pictures and she was quick to send a message about the pictures. The shed has plenty of beach equipment, and bicycles. Short walk to the beach and the house is in a residential area so that made it nice in my opinion.

This place was great. Very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for in a house. Donna and Rick were great communicating an issue with the dryer before we arrived and always responded in a timely fashion with any questions we had. We rented gold carts and drove to the beach access but walking was easy to do also. We will definitely come back to this house again. Thank you Donna and Rick! The Woodards

This house accommodated us perfectly! Me and my fiancé came here with our friends and the house was a great space for all us to enjoy and also have our own private space. The house is beautiful and close to the beach. The shed has so many chairs and other goodies that we were able to use/take to the beach. Donna was quick with answering any questions. Definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to have a nice PCB trip!!!

The pictures on the listing do this wonderful home no justice. It is only until you pull into the drive and enter the home that the butterflies become undeniable excitement. This home is beautifully decorated with a spacious open floor plan. The accommodations and amenities provided, in my opinion, superseded my expectations. Additionally, the 250 steps to the beach is accurate, but felt like mere seconds before our toes were in the sand. This was undoubtedly one of our best experiences to PCB, and solidified the fact that the Emerald Coast is truly a home away from home.
