Clean condo with everything we needed for our stay. Great views, comfortable beds, easy check-in and check-out. Parking was easy and elevators were quick. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay for our baseball tournament.

Beautiful view, exactly like the pictures

The views were breathtaking. Everything looked like the photos. Bed was comfortable and the place was well kept. Will definitely try to stay in 801 again when I come back to PCB.

Condo was great with exception of main bedroom had no closet space, management was easy to make contact with which was a plus, i prefer closer parking but not a problem, elevators little slow but coped with it, would definitely stay again

Great Visit

We enjoyed our visit. The condo was beautifully decorated/furnished and spacious enough for 6 people to enjoy and relax. The only thing I would comment on is that we were not provided with wash clothes and needed a blanket or comforter for the pull out couch. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Overall a great experience. Enjoyed ourselves, relaxed, and had wonderful seafood. Would like to say that the closet in the master was locked and when I called they seen where it was locked by owner. That would have been nice to know before hand other than that it was enjoyable.

Much needed vacation/can’t wait to come again

Everything was excellent. The location to shops, restaurants, and attractions and right on the ocean. I am in love with PCB and this condo put the cherry on top. The management team made check in easy and was always responsive and quick to respond when needed. The condo is modern, had a beachy vibe, and was very clean, which is important to me. Look no further! I won’t look for any other condo next time. And the balcony…. I could stay on it and has a lot of seating. My kids and I hardly ate at the table inside but enjoyed the balcony instead.

Beautiful place to stay

Condo was beautiful and well kept. Clean and spacious for 6 people. Gorgeous balcony view. The one issue we had was response to quickly and fixed right away. Book That Condo employs extremely nice and helpful. We were asked several times if we were okay and if we needed anything. Would highly recommend and will stay here on our next trip!

Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist super für einen Urlaub am Meer, direkte Strandlage. Viel Platz und ein toller Balkon, entspricht der Online Beschreibung, wir waren 26 Tage da. Für Gäste aus Europa etwas schwierig, da viele Dinge in der Grundausstattung nicht vorhanden sind und nicht problemlos mitgebracht werden können. (z.B.: Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffeefilter für die ersten Tage, Reinigungsutensilien und eine zweite Garnitur Bettwäsche wäre auch von Vorteil) Die Klimaanlage entspricht keinem guten Standard, sie sollte erneuert werden. Ansonsten haben wir uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt.

Everything was great except the elevators did not work. Took forever to get to the 8th floor! They finally would get one working and the other would break down.

Great corner unit, beautiful beach and sunset views. The condo was great....very clean, and decorated very nicely. No problems with elevators or parking. The only thing that could have been better would be providing a few more essentials, like extra garbage bags, toilet paper, kleenex, etc.... It also would have been nice to have a few more drinking glasses, bowls, pots and pans, etc....but all that is very minor and would not stop us from renting this condo again. Book that Condo was very easy to get ahold of and answer any questions that we had....they even called us to make sure everything was perfect!!

One of the best on the beach!

Clean, centrally located WITHOUT BEING CROWDED, beautiful, well maintained unit. Best balcony (without paying exorbitant price for wrap-around). We stayed in 801, an end unit. It had a very large bow-shaped balcony And, the pleasure of being able to see out the side of the building,, down the strip, also. Appliances & furniture looked almost new. Pleasantly decorated. “Book that condo” representatives called shortly after our arrival to see if we needed anything. When I requested a light bulb, they had someone there in short order. The maintenance people were friendly and offered to help with anything else we might need ( which was nothing!). This place is definitely on our “stay again” list!

The Unit was Amazing and Book that Condo was Awsome

Book that Condo provided awesome service! Will be using them for all our vacation needs! I can't believe how easy and helpful they made it from beginning to end. Can't say enough great things about their service. The condo we stayed in was gorgeous! The balcony was huge with amazing view of the gulf and a great location! Will be renting that unit again next year. The only negative about the property was there should have been more visible staff or security. There were guests blasting their speakers off their balconies all afternoon and up to 11:00 pm on a daily basis. Drunk screaming and singing you could not even enjoy sitting on your balcony and no one stopped them. Other than that I still give the property high marks for it's nice amenities and great location!
