Beach Service included seasonally. Gulf-front Gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo! Renovated with new tile showers, new furniture, kitchen appliances including built in air fryer in range. Added in 2023 new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, all new area rugs, fresh paint, new A/C unit! On site Tiki Bar(seasonal), great location! Best beaches!!! Great location on the East End- 2 large pools (1 heated and 1 unheated). 9th floor stunner with amazing views of sunrise and sunset.

Communication and check in was a breeze! Unit was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a great week! We have stayed at Regency several times because we love the location and the vibe of the resort but this was our favorite unit due to the friendliness of the host, the complimentary beach chairs, the comfortable beds and cleanliness of the unit. You literally have all the comforts of home at the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The room was muggy

We were able to get an early check in which was nice. The layout was nice and the kitchen was cute but there was a lock on the air and the condo never really got cold, which made evrything feel stucky. We started to notice the furniture was covered in sweat stains so i put sheets over the couch and chairs. The beds are comfortable, but the pullout bed is very thin and uncomfortable. Overall would stay there again if they got new furniture and fixed the air.

Memorial Day 2025

We wanted to go to the beach for Memorial Day but not be in traffic and crowds. I found this room at Regency towards the end of Thomas Dr. I had not stayed at Regency in years. I asked the host, Tricia, questions about the property. She was very responsive and kind. The condo was wonderful. Clean, stocked with great supplies, the beds were good. All new and updated. Just as pictured. Updated pool area with Tikki bar and restaurant. We had a great time and we will definitely stay in Tricia’s unit again.

Excellent condo!

The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Host was wonderful to communicate immediately. Definitely one of the nicest condos we've stayed in at Regency.

We have been to regency towers a few times already and this was by far the cleanest, well kept unit we have stayed in! The owner made it very easy to communicate with and would love to stay here again in the future!

Beautifully renovated with great view!

We loved this condo! Plenty of space for 4 people. Very clean with every thing we needed. Comfy beds. Great new working washer and dryer! Even had a corkscrew to open wine and K cups! Table on porch was a perfect place to eat lunch with the best view of the ocean. Would recommend!!

Family Vacay

From the moment we booked everything was perfect. Tricia was a dream to work with. The condo itself was AMAZING. Very clean & updated. She had a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels for us. There were already laundry detergent there as well. The layout & furniture were beautiful. Check in & out were a breeze. The unit had chairs & beach toys in the closet even though we did not use them. This unit is the most beautiful & clean that we have every stayed in at Regency Towers & I have been coming her 12 years. We Will defnitely be back & already planning on booking with her. Thanks Tricia!!!

Amazing stay

We had the most amazing stay. We have stayed at Regency Towers a few times and this unit has by far been our favorite yet. Extremely helpful and responsive host and a wonderfully updated unit. We can’t wait to go back!

Great place

Condo is comfortable and welcoming, love the decor. We stayed out on the balcony most of the time if we weren’t out on beach/pool or gone to eat. We tried out m lots of restaurants that were close by very good. Enjoyed most everything. Elevators were packed, wait time was long. Pools were very nice lots of seating areas. There is a snack bar right by the pools.

Wonderful!

This was a trip to celebrate my daughters college graduation. We had such a fantastic time! The condo was very clean, very well decorated, and of course, the view could not be beat. The property owner was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property to everyone!

This condo was beautifully decorated, exceptional clean and perfect for my family. I've been renting condos in PCB for 20 years from various owners and internet sights and this is the 1st one that's been exactly as described. Also, the owner had great communication and always answered any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again!

Regency towers

Loved the condo. Very clean and nice. The worst part of the experience is the elevators. They are busy most of the time. But the location is great and it is not a really busy area.

I’m thoroughly shocked to say the least.

Upon check in the first thing I do is check for bed bugs, I found two dead bugs in master but thankfully they were not bed bugs. There was some cleanliness issues behind the beds were very dirty. There were game pieces down in between cushions of pull out sofa. The spare sheets were used and just thrown back into the TV console. Most of the linens were not clean and could not be used. Thankfully we travel with our own blankets and pillows. There were some cosmetic things that looked like someone had attempted to repair. There was hair in the fridge that had to be wiped out. The one bedrooms light and fan never worked. The air filter looked like it had not been changed in quite a while. We were given what we thought was a new door code however the previous renter had left their post it under the TV guide with the same information we were given. I had communicated with the host several times even offering to send money for the paper towels I didn’t have time to buy and restock as requested. Six days after our checkout we were charged a damage fee without any contact from the host. I asked to see photos of what we were being charged for. Most were of unclean linens which as you can tell from previous guest that is an ongoing issue with this particular host and room. Although cleaning crew was coming in straight after our checkout the photos sent to me were taken 3 days after our departure. We do not have young kids and spend very little time in the room. The damages we are being accused of causing were already damaged upon arrival. But because it looked like someone had tried to fix it already we assumed it was already known issues. When asked to see before photos I was referenced back to the main listing. I also have photos that show the room state is not in fact what is shown in the listing photos and that the damage was not done while we were there. This situation was handled very unprofessionally. If you do so happen to rent this unit please take a picture of anything and everything out of place slightly before staying to save yourself the hassle.

Quick getaway

This property was exactly as listed the communication was wonderful almost a day or so before check-in. There were some minor cleanliness things that stood out but it was easily fixed with washing the Linen on the beds and things. I truly wish we could’ve stayed longer but the days that we had was very pleasant. Would definitely come again.

Tricia was an incredible hostess. She cared about my family as we traveled and stayed in communication with us. We even extended our stay an extra day that she offered for a reasonable rate.
