Mistral 3 è una camera da letto più letti a castello, un bagno, unità fronte oceano al piano terra con vista sull'oceano spettacolare. È anche a pochi passi da Alys Beach e Camp Creek Lake. Gli incredibili ristoranti e negozi della vicina Rosemary Beach, Seagrove, Watercolor e Seaside sono anche a breve distanza in bici o in auto.

Questa è un'unità al piano terra con incredibili viste elevate sul golfo. Il balcone coperto è ampio con comodi posti a sedere. Apri semplicemente il cancello e cammina lungo la tua passerella direttamente sulla spiaggia! Non c'è niente di più facile o conveniente di così! C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità, cavo HD digitale con guide su schermo su tutti i televisori e WIFI gratuito per l'uso. Amerai il nostro piccolo, tranquillo e adatto alle famiglie di sole 24 unità. Ciò significa che la nostra spiaggia privata è raramente affollata.

Presenta una grande TV a schermo piatto, un lettore Blu-ray DVD, un divano-letto queen-size con un materasso extra spesso e una sedia laterale e tavoli. Ancora più importante, ha una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano!

Cucina:

Tutte le pentole necessarie, i ripiani in granito, tutti gli elettrodomestici piccoli e grandi necessari (compresa la lavastoviglie), i posti a sedere da bar per 3 e i tavoli da tavolo per 4.

Camera da letto principale:

Dispone di un nuovissimo letto matrimoniale con un nuovo materasso pillow top, lenzuola da 600 capi, nuova TV da 40 pollici e lettore BluRay DVD, cassettiera, ferro e asse da stiro.

Area del castello:

Due letti a castello gemelli extra lunghi con tutte le lenzuola nuove. I gemelli XL hanno la stessa lunghezza di una regina e rendono queste cuccette comode anche per i bambini più grandi.

Gulf Front Paradise

We have been coming to 30A for 10 years. We have stayed in some great properties, but this was our first time being gulf front and we will never stay anywhere else again! The view is the biggest draw, but the condo was a very comfortable stay. It was well stocked, clean, had nice linens and all the amenities you need. The chair service was such a great addition to the trip. The hosts made everything easy and we felt very comfortable. We do not hesitate in recommending this to anyone looking to book.

Easy to relax in a beach front condo

This Gulf front condo has all the amenities you’ll need to relax on your beach trip. Check-in was very easy, and we were delighted to find a spotless and very comfortable “home” for our short stay. The space has a full-sized kitchen with all the cookware you’ll need, plenty of seating, and thoughtful touches such as charging g stations on side tables in the living groom and bedroom. Best of all, the view is gorgeous and the beach is just a few steps away! Restaurants and grocery are nearby.We are already planning to return for a longer stay.

Always a lovely stay

We've stayed in this unit many times and it's always a treat. Very clean & comfortable, well stocked but not cluttered. Great views from the porch (although it might be time to prune back the palm!) and easy access to the beach. We're already looking forward to our next visit to #3 :)

Perfect spot on 30a!

The location of this condo is perfect for our family. The back door opens up to the steps down to the beach. Having the beach chairs already at the beach is really convenient! We love that we can still bike down to Seacrest and Rosemary or to The Big Chill by Water Sound. The condo is always clean and easy to check in and out of.

Great location and stay!

My family and I had the best time here. The condo was very clean and well equipped with the basics for our stay. With 3 young kids, it was great being on the first floor and having super easy access to the beach. We loved the fact that the beach chair service (2 chairs and an umbrella) was included as well. It was wondering having a spot on the beach set up and ready for us when we came out. Overall, I’d highly recommend staying here!

Great unit for an off-season getaway

My wife and I spent three nights here in the interim period between Spring Break and the start of summer. It was a great unit: clean, stocked with the basics, and located on a private section of the beach reserved for condo residents. One of the best amenities is the complimentary chair/umbrella service. Check in/check out is very smooth, and the owner made sure to reach out to us throughout to see if we needed anything (which we didn’t). It was as smooth a stay as possible, and we would definitely book this place again.

Perfect week for 2 on 30a!

This was our first time staying here, and we’re already planning our next stay. Loved the private beach access and the rental chairs were an added bonus! Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Wonderful stay!

Back Again!

This makes our third visit to this property in the last six years!! It's three words for us...........location, location, location!! The condo has been updated with a new bath, new flooring, new appliances, cabinets, granite, etc.!!! I'm guessing there is a fourth visit within the next couple of years!

Oustanding condo!

This is our third stay here at Mistral 3. It has recently been remodeled and is BEAUTIFUL! (Though is was very nice before the remodel.) They have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The owner was very easy to contact with questions. The beach service (an umbrella and two chairs) set up each morning for you is a PLUS! You cannot go wrong with this condo. See you next year, guys! :-)

Amazing

This spot is perfect for our family. We can walk right onto the beach which is convenient with small kids. The beach isn’t crowded and the condo is always clean. The owners communicate quickly. This was our second year staying here and definitely not our last.

Always a pleasure

We are frequent guests here and appreciate the high level of consistency, ease, and comfort. This was our first time to stay after the new renovation and it's great- updated and welcoming without feeling over the top. Sip coffee on the porch & watch the ocean for dolphins, easily prepare meals in a nicely updated kitchen, enjoy the sand & sea breeze in the provided beach chairs. Lovely!

We Return Again and Again

The best recommendation? Coming back for more :) Great location, reasonable price, great accommodations. The owners are on top of communications and the unit itself is unfussy and comfortable. We love walking right out the door and down to the beach with a fresh cup of coffee and even on a rainy day, the porch offers a great view of the ocean. Many thanks for another delightful trip!

Good Location Reasonably Priced

This is our 2nd stay at this unit. Complex is quiet, laid back, and This unit comes with beach chair service which is awesome especially during busy times. We didn’t have to worry about rushing down stairs To find a spot. Property owner is very quick to respond and worked with us during the early Covid months to reschedule our trip. The cleaning service is not the best and the furniture is starting to look dingy. The porch had a nice view and the private beach access was convenient.

9/14/2020-9/18/2020 - "Sally"

This was not our ideal vacation. We had to endure Hurricane Sally. Things were closed and we were unable to get on the beach. The location is good, just not a good week to be at the beach. The unit is in need of some updates, especially the kitchen and bathroom. There was mold on the shower curtain. The coffee pot and the refrigerator need to be replaced. The stove worked, but is out of date. All of the furniture, (sofa, chair, and bed) were uncomfortable. The outside table is nice, just couldn't really enjoy due to the weather. Overall, it was not what we had hoped for and we were very disappointed. We cut our trip short and came home a day early. We will stay in the area again, but will not choose this unit.
