FIRST FLOOR: You're greeted with serenity, peace, and modern design!
- 2 bedrooms await on this level, both with en suite bathrooms
- Large, cozy living room is featured here with an entrance out to the pool deck
- Kitchenette featuring full size fridge, icemaker, sink, and plenty of counter space for pool snacks and sunset cocktails 😊
- Coffee's on us – we provide pods and ground coffee to make mornings a breeze.
- More to enjoy! Walk out to your private, heated pool with comfy loungers and chairs—perfect for kicking back and soaking in those beautiful Gulf views.

SECOND FLOOR: Walk upstairs and catch the beauty of the gulf! You're greeted with a large, expansive space that makes up the living, dining, and kitchen area, and it all overlooks the crystal blue waters.
- Large, glass accordion doors give way to an oversized patio. Sunset loungers, dining table for 8, and a grill make the space an entertainers dream.
- The large living room features 2 couches and chairs, plus a large TV and a fireplace.
- To the right, you'll see the large dining area with seating for 10-12.
- Your entertainment bar is featured in the dining area as well. A small beverage fridge, mixology kit, sink, and icemaker are also highlighted here.
- The chef's kitchen is a dream. The oversized Liebherr luxury fridge features an advanced cooling tech that keeps food fresher longer. Score! Alongside the fridge, there is a chef-style Monogram 8-range stove featuring a griddle and a pot-filler as well.
- Dish duty is a breeze – the home also comes with 2 dishwashers.
- Off the main living space, you'll also find 2 additional bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms.

THIRD FLOOR: All about rest and relaxation!
- The primary bedroom is a must see! It is located on this floor immediately to your right with incredible views of the water at every angle. Step outside onto the balcony and relax in the loungers while taking it all in!
- The Primary bathroom features a soaking tub, walk in shower, walk-in closet, double vanity, and views of the water as well.
- Down the hall, you'll find 2 additional King bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms also.
- Bonus washer & dryer can be found on this level too.

FOURTH FLOOR: Venture to the top floor and take in the views!
- Come up the stairs (or elevator!) and look to your right. The ultimate bunk area with with 3 twin bunks comes into view.
- Off the bunk area, there is a private balcony with an additional dining table and loungers overlooking the water.
- There's also an extra coffee bar with a Keurig, a mini-fridge, and sink – everything you need for morning cup of joe, or for grabbing a late-night snack.
- Just to the left, there is also a full bathroom with a double vanity and walk in shower.
- Rounding out the space is an additional queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom

All bedrooms come equipped with smart tv's, charging stations at every nightstand, and white noise machines to soothe you to sleep.

- We provide a starter kit of everything you'll need to kick off your stay: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry pods, and more.
- The home has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, coffee's on us!
- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom/kitchen – We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.
- Beach gear: we have a wagon, beach toys, and beach towels. 2 chairs & an umbrella set up are complimentary with an option to add on additional during your stay.
- For your convenience, an elevator is available and reaches all four floors.
- When vacation laundry can't wait: the home features two laundry rooms with 3 full size washer and dryers.

Other things to note ~
- Parking: 3 spots available in the driveway, plus garage and street parking as well. There is also overflow parking on Crescent St.
- Minimum age: to rent the home is 25.
- The pool can be heated for $75/day.
- Pets: Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Construction: Please note, this home is located in a beautiful new community on Panama City Beach. Due to this, you may experience some construction noise during your stay.
- Wi-Fi: Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi in Panama City Beach. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service that may impact your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
