We were on one of the higher floors, so the view was great. Getting on/off the elevators was horrible. Half of them didn’t work..& the others were so crammed pack with people that the wait to go up/down was something 15-30 mins. The owner was very easy to communicate with. He was very swift at answering messages. The check in process was smooth. However, the condo itself was not clean. All the linens and bed sheets smelled of mildew. The kids beds had a bunch of sand in them, as if the bedding hadn’t been washed from the previous renters. There were mix matched clothing articles located in odd areas, around the beds & couch. The floors didn’t look as if they had been swept or mopped recently. All the baseboards and walls were all covered in dirty handprints and black, dirt covered water debris. The stove top had about an inch of grease build up. All the kitchen cabinets, along with fridge/freezer were covered in dirty hand prints. The balcony windows appeared as if they were ONLY cleaned within arms reach, therefore you could see smear marks about 3/4th of the way up…& the top was super cloudy and dirty. The inside of the washing machine had black mold. NONE of the remotes had batteries in them. We enjoyed our trip, after having to clean the condo the entire 1st day. However, we will not be visiting this resort again
