We arrived at our rental in the dark. The Google Maps inside VRBO app took us to the wrong house. After we found the right home we discovered the internet was out and there were small black dog hairs IN both beds. I called immediately to let them know. I spent SEVERAL hours texting Southern Vacation Rentals. It took approximately 40 hours to get our wifi up and going. They wanted me to do all this stuff to try and get it fixed. Um, not my job. I paid for a home that was clean and had wifi. Not what we got. I eventually called VRBO to see if they could help.Southern Vacation Rentals lied and said they brought us clean sheets. Never received any.I had to pick up a Walmart sack of dog poop so my dog could go out in the yard. . We did enjoy the sun porch. The rental is 4 blocks from beach so that is great. This unit needs a deep clean (someones slippers under our bed along with LOTS of dust bunnies.). One of the shower doors wouldn't roll along with barn doors in bedroom. If Southern Vacation Rentals would put a little time and money into this place it could be amazing. Another thing, in other rentals I've stayed in have a binder of things going on in the area, maps, coupons, etc. It's very helpfull and I highly suggest SVR do thiss along with hiring a new cleaning co.TheyacallingSouthern Vacation Rentals

La propriété n’était pas nettoyée à notre arrivée, nous avons eu énormément de difficultés à communiquer avec la compagnie On a eu la maison à minuit au lieu de 16:00 Il nous ont remboursé la nuit mais ça partait mal. L’air climatisé est très bruyant et on ne peut pas le contrôler, ni l’arrêter et il part tout le temps, c’était très désagréable. Énormément de motos dans le coin donc très bruyant dehors aussi. Cote positif Lit confortable Cuisine très bien Je ne reviendrai pas
