Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
No pets.
No smoking.
*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.
Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permit). Guest pays the concierge in the lobby a one time fee of $65 for registration packet.
