  • Enjoy sweeping Gulf views from this 9th-floor beachfront condo at Majestic Beach Resort. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat features a private balcony, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and central AC. Resort amenities include multiple pools, hot tubs, fitness center, tennis courts, and direct beach access. Perfect for couples or small families seeking a relaxing coastal escape.

    Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

    About the Vacation Rental Unit:

    Perched on the 9th floor, this beachfront condo offers stunning, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and Panama City Beach's sugar-white sand. Step onto your private balcony each morning and enjoy the soothing sound of waves while taking in the emerald waters below.

    Inside, the open-concept layout creates a comfortable and inviting space to relax after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ample counter space for easy meal preparation. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or cooking dinner after sunset, you'll have everything you need.

    The living area provides comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV for relaxing evenings indoors. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure a cool retreat year-round. For added convenience, the condo includes a private washer and dryer, allowing you to pack light and keep beachwear fresh throughout your stay.

    This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental features:
    Master Bedroom: King bed
    Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Queen and twin sleeper sofa
    Master Bathroom: Walk in shower
    Maximum Guest Occupancy: 5 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

    Beyond the comfort of the condo itself, Majestic Beach Resort offers a true resort-style experience. Guests enjoy direct beach access just steps from the building, along with multiple shared outdoor pools, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, and a fully equipped fitness center. Additional on-site amenities include tennis courts, a basketball court, and a game room featuring pool and Ping-Pong tables — perfect for both relaxation and entertainment.

    The unit utilizes a secure digital E-lock system with a unique code issued for each stay, providing seamless self-check-in. Pool passes and wristbands are included and will be located inside the condo upon arrival. Please leave wristbands in the unit at departure; missing bands will result in a replacement charge. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway or an extended beach retreat, this Gulf-front condo offers comfort, convenience, and classic Panama City Beach views.

    Parking:

    Avoid delays by activating a registration process before you arrive! In order to take advantage of Majestic's garage parking, guests will need to provide an email address right away so they can receive a registration link for a digital parking permit (login should not require a password).

    The guest will then: 1) register their vehicle(s), including make/model and color of the vehicle, license plate information, and contact phone number and 2) pay online for the digital parking pass. The cost, per pass, will be $40 plus a processing fee (around $2). This pass will last for no more than 30 days. Long Term parking passes will be an additional fee per night. Motorcycle parking is only $20 for up to 30 nights. You may park an RV, boat, or trailer for up to 30 nights for $100 (based on availability).

    Once the guests arrive, they will simply pull up to the gate and a license plate reader will provide access to the registered vehicle. Resort parking is located in the garage directly across the street. You may legally park in any non-reserved spot. For your convenience, the parking garage has a 3rd level load/unload area. (Do not park in any space near the solid red line painted on the wall.) On this 3rd level, you will find the crosswalk whereby you can walk over Front Beach Road and enter the main building.

    Upon completion of the registration process, the guest will receive a confirmation via email. When guests register, they will receive instructions, along with a map of the property, that will provide directions on where to go once they arrive, where to get luggage carts, information on property ID armbands, beach flag warning and rip current information, and more. Guests will also receive and acknowledge that they have read the General Rules & Regulations for the property. From a security standpoint, the resort will be able to contact guests in case of an emergency.

    If you misplace your registration link (and/or registration email) for Majestic Towers or just need to modify your vehicle information (by creating, editing or adding a vehicle), simply scan the QR code using the link provided to access your existing registration (you'll need to know the phone number or email address associated with your registration).

    About the Community/Property:

    The Majestic Towers Resort Area: Gaze in wonder at miles of the gorgeous Gulf's coastline. From your balcony, you will get a front row seat to the most spectacular sandy white beaches that Panama City Beach has to offer. If you enjoy feeling spoiled, Majestic Towers will not disappoint.

    Onsite amenities include two outdoor Gulf-front pools, two indoor heated pools, hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a poolside bar and grill, a Starbucks market and cafe, a spa, tennis courts, and even a movie theater. Enjoy countless shopping, dining, and entertainment options all conveniently located less than 6 miles away at Pier Park. For an additional charge, guests may purchase a pass to the onsite fitness center (inquire at the front desk).

    Beach Chair Set-up: Goin' to the Beach® Beach Service offers daily, multi-day, and weekly rentals for folding beach chair or lounger sets at Majestic Beach Resort. Call or visit their website to book. Goin' to the Beach® Beach Service is at the leading edge of beach service technology. Through Beachy, guests can reserve their beach chair and umbrella rentals from Goin' to the Beach® Beach Service and select exactly where they will be located. Advanced booking required. (Monday through Friday, 12-hour notice; Saturday & Sunday: Guests must book by 10am Friday). If you are onsite already, you can visit the Beach Hut, located between Tower 1 and 2 on the beach for assistance.

    Other details to note:

    Armband policy: All guests over the age of twelve must wear a blue & white property ID band when onsite, otherwise you will be escorted off the resort's property.

    Majestic Beach Resort is upgrading to fiber-powered Wi-Fi and streaming TV. Once your unit has been completed, you'll enjoy faster Wi-Fi and enhanced entertainment during your stay! TV service is provided through a streaming app. Smart TVs already have the app installed, and non-smart TVs include a streaming device. Traditional cable boxes are no longer used. Guests may log into personal apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.

    A washer-dryer is available for guest use. In addition, a washer and dryer are available for guest use, located on floor 15 of Tower 1. Each machine requires $2 in quarters per load. Before placing items into the washing machines, assure that sand has been rinsed away.

    A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

    Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

    Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

    Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
