“None of the washers or dryers worked. The wash machines were broken and didn't drain the water in the spin cycles. In the soap dispensers the powder soap was crystalized in the drain; therefore not allowing the soap to rinse through. Machine # 1 had trickles of h2o and washer # 2 the same. Neither dryer was able to dry the clothes. The clothes were saturated with water. It took us 4 hours to complete the tasks of cleaning our clothes. “Very clean room,cleaning lady weas very good, staff at the desk wan very professional and helpful, Telma took care of the breakfast room ,very nice and became friend with my wife, the breakfast was very good and save us money by not having to buy outside and the parking was real close to the entrance.I recommended my family to go there.”

“Staff at reception desk kept speaking to each other and making corrections and trying to be funny, when they should focus on the client checking in. ALL the chairs in the breakfast area were in extremely poor condition I HAVE A HANDICAP AND THE PARKING WAS ABOUT 200 YARDS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE HOTEL LOBBY. THEY HAVE NO ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE. ARE THEY IN COMPLIANCE WITH "THE AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT?"”
