As close to the beach as you can get with easy access and beautiful view from the living room and balcony! Everything was exactly as described! Don’t need to bring anything for the beach. They have it all!

Beachfront Paradise

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Nautical Watch and only wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely return in the future. Everything I could possible need was provided for and the apartment was perfect in every way. I could really get used to living, literally, on the beach. The weather was perfect during my two weeks here, right down to the dazzling thunderstorm on the morning of my departure. I was completely blown away by the spectacular sunsets as I watched them from the balcony every day!

More than just a million dollar view

Nautical Watch condo complex is an older, low rise on quieter east end of PCB. While the complex may be older, the location and facilities are wonderful. On the second level, directly up from the stairs nearest the gated private beach access, A7 is small but well maintained, neatly appointed and decorated and perfectly positioned for both the view and fantastic beach access. The photos and description are very accurate. The excellent pool is about a 1 minute walk away. But as nice as this condo is, what really made our stay special was the owners/property managers. Jessica and Tyler are true professionals and it really shows. The rental and communication process was perfect. They provide timely and detailed instructions with many personal touches. They were immediately responsive to any questions and issues I had and went out of their way to ensure that everything was perfect. I really look forward to renting from them again.

Last Minute Beach Getaway

Great condo!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and had just about everything you could possibly need. The views were incredible and the beach access was just around the corner! We will definitely try and book this property again!

Wonderful beach vacation

The property and the beach were perfect. We never wanted to leave the premises. We sat on the beach and relaxed....went shelling, etc. This place did not disappoint. And yes, it is a million dollar view!

Everything we wanted and more!

Jety vacations supplied everything we needed and more! I have read reviews of other places where the guest had to provide paper towels or dish detergent, but Jessica and Tyler have you covered. During our stay we had paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dish sponges, paper plates, solo cups, fully stocked kitchen, of dishes and utensils, coffee filters and coffee, dishwasher soap, hand sanitizer, broom, cleaning supplies, a few toiletries, the softest towels ever, soft clean sheets, an extra mattress-top for the pullout sofa, beach chairs and umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys, smart TV and more I can't even think of. All we needed was our swimsuit and sunscreen. The room itself was perfect for the 2 of us. We specifically wanted a location that was not in a tall high rise with lots of people and crowded elevators. Check-in couldn't be easier. The location felt very safe, this unit is on the second floor and you can't be any closer to the water. We had plenty of room to host 3 local friends for birthday cake one afternoon for my husband's 65th birthday. The view was spectacular and we experienced some amazing sunsets, a beautiful sunrise and watched the dolphins from our balcony. We will definitely plan to come back the next time we vacation in PCB! Thanks Jessica and Tyler for an amazing vacation experience!

Perfect Honeymoon

We were very impressed with this property. Check in and out was a breeze. The view was great. It's only steps from the beach with floats and all kinds of great beach toys on the balcony. There was a fully equipped kitchen but we chose not to cook with so many great restaurants nearby.

Perfect beach location. Small complex with no crowded elevators!

Our stay was great. This is an older condo and is small, but it is clean and decorated in such a a cute way. Bed very comfortable and everything you could need is provided. Someone who was renting another condo walked by as we were checking in and said… “Wow! You lucked out! What a cute place!” They we’re right. Ida interrupted our trip and we didn’t know whether to bail a day early or stay an extra day to avoid terrible driving weather. JeTy Party were incredible and offered the extra night free. Unfortunately, we made the correct decision to leave a day early and thankfully missed the torrential rainy drive. This is the perfect p,ace for a couple to stay for a romantic trip. We would rent from them again in a second. Don’t hesitate. The smaller complex helped us avoid COVID crowds, too. Loved it!

Did not disappoint ! No shoes required!!

Jessica’s place was great! She has covered all the details. . It was a fantastic week, weather was beautiful water was clear and the view from this condo is the best. You will not be disappointed, this section of the beach is family friendly. Jimmy & Janets beach service has always provided chairs and excellent umbrella services for us when we visit. No shoes required !!

Beach Front Oasis

If you are looking for your beach front hideaway—look no further—you’ve found it! Check-in & check out were a breeze! We enjoyed all the little “extras” that the condo offered in case we forgot our own toiletries or needed a cup of coffee after our long drive! We love that we didn’t need to bring our own beach chairs or beach towels! Jessica & Tyler thought of everything you might forget to pack! We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony overlooking the beach! It was super convenient having private beach access literally steps from the condo! The pool was super nice & well maintained—great if you want a quiet sand less day 😂 Location is super wonderful in that it’s close to plenty of shopping & restaurants! Also, it’s just minutes from the local state park which makes a great place to take some sunset family pictures

Great location

Condo is very close to the water. It is in a nice and quite neighborhood. Owner's were helpful and supplied the condo with everything I needed. There was a lot of storage space.
