Questa casa è un bellissimo condominio all'ultimo piano, ad angolo, che è stato completamente rinnovato con finiture e decorazioni di lusso di alto livello. L'atmosfera terrena e moderna è accogliente e confortevole in qualsiasi momento dell'anno. La cucina completa ha elettrodomestici di alta gamma e offre tutto il necessario per preparare splendidi pasti durante le vacanze. La camera da letto è un vero rifugio con decorazioni luminose e ariose e un bagno recentemente rinnovato. La camera da letto ha un letto king size e una culla full size disponibile per l'uso se si ha un bambino. C'è anche un divano letto nel soggiorno e i bambini si divertiranno a dormire sui letti a castello singoli!

Scopri questo gioiello nascosto di una posizione nella tranquilla zona non affollata di Inlet Beach che si trova vicino a Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach e Alys Beach. Questa incredibile posizione ti dà accesso a tutto ciò che questi quartieri di livello mondiale hanno da offrire, inclusi ristoranti come George A At Alys e una cucina Cowgirl più informale.

I giorni possono essere trascorsi nuotando nella piscina comunitaria con i bambini prima di raggiungere le spiagge appartate per una giornata in paradiso. Per raggiungere l'incredibile spiaggia di sabbia bianca e cristallina e il meraviglioso oceano, devi solo attraversare un vicolo di accesso alla spiaggia molto piccolo proprio fuori dall'area della piscina recintata. A differenza della maggior parte dei punti di accesso alla spiaggia su 30A, c'è una rampa al posto delle scale e dei bagni che non fa che aumentare la comodità! La piscina privata Inlet Dunes dispone anche di bagni.
La comunità ha abbastanza attività per tenerti occupato durante la tua vacanza tra cui negozi al dettaglio e gallerie d'arte, negozi di noleggio di biciclette e attrezzature da spiaggia, caffè e negozi di dolciumi, un negozio di generi alimentari vari, una libreria, un parrucchiere e un centro benessere, centro tennis e fitness centro e molto altro.
Questo condominio unico nel suo genere ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza indimenticabile. Molte persone non conoscono questo complesso, quindi considerati fortunato per averlo trovato!

Anniversary getaway

Perfect place for an anniversary getaway! Everything was super clean and well decorated. If you don’t want to be in the business of 30A, this location is great. I also loved the corner unit with the windows in living area! There is not an elevator so come prepared to carry luggage up the stairs (we stayed on the 3rd floor). Overall, we had a great stay & hope to book here again soon.

Very Comfortable and Awesome Location!

The room was as described. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a partial view of the water. The complex was well maintained and quiet. Extremely easy access to the beach. It was great being able to walk to the beach access. We didn’t have to drive and then try to find parking, which at busy times can be very difficult. King bed was very comfortable. Air worked great. The water in the unit did smell, but maybe that’s normal for the area. We would rent this unit again in the future.

Relaxing Stay

Traveled with a few friends for a relaxing girls trip and really enjoyed the stay. Location was great but walk to rosemary was further than expected. Still doable and all three of us were pregnant. Would recommend to friends and family!

Not So Wonderful

While on the surface and from the pictures, this place looks incredible, as it is clearly renovated, modern and updated and the location is prime, our experience during our week long stay here sadly, was not so wonderful. First, the smell of mold, must and mildew that hits you when you open the door is overwhelming. I've been coming to 30A for over 25 years and have never stayed in a place where the mold smell was so powerful and strong and now my husband has a sinus infection as a result. I'm mainly giving a negative review because we went an entire week with a broken refrigerator that we reported on Sunday (we checked in on Saturday at 4 pm) that was not fixed until 3 pm on Friday (less than a day before our departure) after we spent over $300 on groceries. We noticed the refrigerator was not working upon our waking Sunday morning to start our day - it was at 58 degrees and we tried everything to get it working. As it was just my husband and I on this trip, we managed by placing all the perishable items in a cooler with ice but the inconvenience of the whole situation was just bad not to mention that we had to constantly chase down the property management company for an update on when the refrigerator would be fixed. When we asked for some type of adjustment to our bill because of the massive inconvenience to us, the contact at the PM company was very rude and said that discounts/refunds was not her decision to make and that she would have a manager contact us, which of course never happened. In general, the place needs a complete maintenance overhaul to fix the mold situation, repair the broken sink cabinet door, touch up paint, wash the couch coverlet, repair the rugable rug that we had to fix ourselves after constantly tripping over it, and in general a really good deep cleaning. Also, the blender has no pitcher - so just the blender motor so I had to go buy a small single-serve blender and there was only one small 8 inch frying pan and nothing more. We are a big breakfast family (why we like staying in a condo) so it made making breakfast a real challenge. Not sure if the owners of this unit check their reviews and I'm hoping that they do so they can make the improvements and changes in order to make this place as wonderful as it should be. As a small business owner myself, we rely tremendously on our client reviews to attract new clients but really to help us improve in areas that we may have overlooked or not even considered.

Great location, poor quality of cleanliness

By our second night in this property, we had killed 5+ bugs/insects in the home (shower, bathroom floor, kitchen). We weren’t as bothered, as we understood perhaps the climate increased the likelihood of bugs in home. However, the second night hit and we saw a large cockroach under the dishwasher making its way towards the center kitchen floor. We were extremely uncomfortable the rest of the night terrified that there would be more. I called the managing property the next day and was told that pest control would be there in the evening. I never received a follow up call informing that they had arrived or had done their job. In addition, the kitchen fridge did not cool as it should. The fridge reached 56° By day three. The property manager informed they weren’t able to have service called in due to the holiday season. About $100 of perishable food wasted due to the lack of service. Disappointed in the house. A better cleaning service & pest control is needed. Other than these inconveniences, the location is great and close to the beach and restaurants. I’d return to Inlet Beach but wouldn't book this house in the future. - visited September 2022

Our visit to Inlet Beach

We felt comfortable and at home in this property. Some suggestions: the living room rug needs to be tacked down or taped down in the way to the kitchen area because it was a fall hazard. A grab bar is needed in the shower. The outdoor porch light needs to be replaced. The cleaning staff hadn't cleaned the lint filter in the dryer for ages. They also missed a dirty tissue in a straw basket under the bunk beds. Otherwise, the view to the Gulf was fabulous and the location was close to restaurants shopping and 30A. Of course, the beach was walking distance and a ramp led down to the beach unlike another beach we visited that used steps.

For the price paid for a 2 week stay there was a few things we were surprised by and feel that others should be aware of. Right of the bat the place looks identical to the pictures which is great. However, we were surprised with the cleanliness (we have a crawling baby for reference). The fan in the bedroom and vents have a noticeable amount of dust on them, there is (still) a large spider web floor to ceiling above the plant in the corner of the living room, and the biggest shock was when we-bought and swiffered- the floor. We had to use 3 wet clothes for the living room alone to be clean. I’m assuming no mopping happens only broom/dust. It was annoying that no cleaning supplies except a broom and dustpan were provided. We had to get an all purpose cleaner and swiffer. I will say when we contacted the PM they were able to switch out the dirty couch covers and give us a vacuum in a very timely manner. They were very helpful and pleasant. I guess our cleanliness complaints are more for the in between guests cleaning. The other thing I feel is a bit misleading is the “private beach access” which is a door at the other side of pool that leads to the main road. That main road though is just as easy to get to through the front gate since the property isn’t very big. The pool on the property also had the pump broken and wasn’t very clean. For me I wouldn’t stay here again with kids but it is a great location and close to Rosemary beach. We were able to have bike’s delivered and there was space in front of the condos for bikes which was great.

Perfect getaway for our little family

This is a great little condo! It’s a bit smaller than I expected, but it was still fine for my husband, toddler, and me. The bed is very comfy and the kitchen has pretty much anything you’d need for basic cooking. I brought some cabinet locks to baby proof which was helpful. I know it is said in the description, but just to reiterate this property is on the 3rd floor. We ended up leaving a beach wagon by the bike rack so we didn’t have to carry it up and down the stairs. We rented bikes through Good Pedals, and only used our car once after we arrived. It’s within biking distance to Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, and Alys Beach, and I’m only moderately in shape. The best part is the beach access! Such a pretty view and a short walk to the beach. Overall I would recommend this property and the location in general to anyone looking. :) Side note: I emailed to ask about the coffee maker (it’s not a Keurig for anyone else wondering) and didn’t get a response. Otherwise, I didn’t need to contact them for anything and the check in/check out process was easy peasy.

Wonderful getaway

Beautiful condo that is convenient to 30A. Very nice to be able to see the ocean from the family room and kitchen. Great access to the beach and pool. Will definitely try to return next year.
