Fully appointed kitchen features quartz countertops and all the conveniences of home. Dine inside at the table & bar, or enjoy your meal or favorite beverage on our spacious balcony -- ideal for watching the sunrise or sunset over the beautiful gulf waters.

The Summit resort is family-friendly, boasting 2 large swimming pools (1 heated in winter), indoor & outdoor hot tubs, poolside tiki bar, onsite convenience store, fitness center, game room, picnic areas with charcoal grills, basketball court, tennis courts, & shuffleboard courts. We're also within walking distance to numerous attractions & local restaurants.

This condo was everything it said it was & more!! Cara made this process easy & always responded back quickly when I messaged her. This condo was very comfortable for my husband & me. We stayed recently for 7 nights. The king bed & bedding were extremely comfortable & we slept so good each night, the bathroom towels are very plush ( my towels at home are not that nice), loved having a Keurig coffee maker, the appliances are new from when the pictures were taken (all stainless steel), we had everything we needed to make a meal & stay in. The pools are clean, the Summit property is well cared for & there is someone at the gate checking to make sure you are staying there every time you drive in. The elevators were quick & it was spring break. The balcony furniture was comfy & overlooking one of the pools & the sunsets were amazing. The beach chairs & umbrella that is provide was such a great bonus. We used them at least 4-5 days we were there. That beach is so gorgeous. The bartenders at the Tiki Bar were all great. Ask for Cindy & she will take great care of you. It was such a wonderful & relaxing vacation that we truly needed. My biggest decision each day……what drink will I order at the Tiki bar? If you go to eat at Pineapple Willy’s (highly recommend the ribs & pulled pork nachos)…..there was a cup from there in cupboard & if you take it with you for a drink refill it will cost you less . We found the cup after we had bought 1the first time we ate there.

The only complaint was that we had no idea there was construction going on so some mornings we woke up to that, but that is definite out of the unit owners control. We still had a good stay!

Condo was excellent. Clean, well stocked, close to restaurants and shops. 3 hot tubs an 2 pools were great. Full bar and Bikini Bob's on site for good food priced very affordable. Can't wait to come back.

My family of 6 stayed a week at this BEAUTIFUL condo. Upon arrival, the room was immaculate. Clean, organized, and ready to go! The view from the balcony is PERFECT. Being that this resort has only two elevators, being on the third floor was a God send. We used the steps vs waiting in line for an elevator. The unit comes with a washer and dryer which is another bonus. The owner was so amazingly kind and extremely quick to respond. Book it now! You won’t regret it!

Vaca with Family!

My family had an overall great stay! The room was nicely decorated and clean. The only problem I ran into was with the washer. It wouldn’t drain (had to change the settings a couple times for it to work), but I sent the owner a text and she responded within minutes. Also, security at the resort were very strict about kids playing ball in the pool (but were allowing teens to horseplay, ex. backflips, etc). Great location with it being on the third floor .. we were able to take the stairs instead of waiting on an elevator! Would book again!

Wonderful condo at the Summit

This condo was even better than advertised! There was an extra half-bath not included in the description that we found quite handy! Everything was spotless and comfortable, the beach view was gorgeous, and all amenities were as described. It was quiet and convenient in every way. Highly recommend this place and this unit!

Great!!

We had the best stay! The room was ready, cleaned, and stocked with the essentials that were mentioned. Washer and dryer worked great. Perfect location being above the pool for us to let the teen kids swim while we sat on the balcony or vise versa. Would 100% book again. The Summit has private beach, bar, and restaurant plus the two pools and two hotline. Makes it hard to want to leave.
