The sunsets from our 15th floor balcony will take your breath away!! Be soothed by the sound of the waves. Watch a family of dolphins play just offshore. Take a stroll in the sugar white sand. Swim in one of our tower-length beachside pools.

Designed with families in mind, this condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full size laundry room with extra capacity washer and dryer and an extra storage pantry. The dining table comfortably seats six, and the bar seats three more. The spacious kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need -- appliances include dishwasher, range, refrigerator with ice and water in the door, and microwave. You'll also find can opener, toaster oven, blender, and a coffee station. Enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the gulf while you cook breakfast.

The family room features a queen sleeper sofa & flat screen TV. Floor to ceiling windows also contain a sliding door so you can walk from the family room onto the balcony to enjoy the gulf breezes.

Master suite features a king bed, flat screen HD Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a large private bathroom. The master bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows with a sliding door opening onto the balcony. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, flat screen HD TV, large closet, and an access door into the large hall bathroom. From the window in this bedroom there are great views of Pier Park and the entire area as far away as West Bay! The bunk room features twin on top/full on bottom bunk beds, comfortably sleeping three people. This private room also has a flat screen HD Smart TV and a chest of drawers.

This property is just across the street from Pier Park, which features numerous restaurants, shops, and a movie theatre. Calypso is the place to be at Panama City Beach, and this condo is as good as it gets!!!

The calypso resort appears to be a bit older, but our room was clean and had the basics to start an amazing trip making memories with my family. We had an excellent view from the 15th floor balcony and within walking distance of Pier Park! The room we stayed in was spacious and affordable. We loved there were extra beach chairs and toys to use. I wish there was a few beach towels too, so you will need to remember to bring your own. I’m sure we will definitely be back!

wonderful condo, comfortable beds, fans in every room. everything was just as it was listed. would definitely recommend. Checking in was easy, most places send you information 3-4 days ahead of time the check in info was sent the day before so don't panic. Owner answered all question I had an was very responsive.

Beautiful and very nice. The only downfall is the beach service, no ramp for getting items to the beach and the chair service is terrible. They are constantly trying to remove the chairs and umbrellas before the day has even ended. We went to the room for lunch come back chairs and umbrella already picked up. Overall loved the condo.

The view from this property was amazing! The perfect place for our sister's getaway. All 4 of us could sit on the balcony and enjoy the warm sun and view. 2 beach chairs with umbrella came with the rental and there were several smaller beach chairs in the closet that we could use. The white sandy beach was beautiful and the pools were awesome! The location was great as we could walk to many restaurants and bars since we didn’t have a car. An Uber was easy to catch when needed.The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Cara answered promptly when I had a few questions and will address a couple of minor issues we had. She also allowed us early check-in and an hour later check-out because of our flight times. So very much appreciated! I will definitely consider staying again!

Perfect location

The condo was in the perfect location, right across from Pier Park. We did not have the best weather there, so it was great to be able to just walk across the street to Pier Park instead of having to drive somewhere, because the traffic was terrible.

Beautiful views

Beautiful views of the white sandy beaches and the Gulf. Property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows too. Cara was great and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend.

Almost two weeks later fees charged

Our family has been renting vacation properties through VRBO consistently since 2013 and we have only received positive owner reviews. We have never experienced an owner claiming we left the condo in an unacceptable manner until now. Today on 4/13, the owner just notified me via email that from our stay on March 25th to March 31st she incurred $466.37 in extra cleaning fees (including a payment of $100 to the next family coming in because the condo was late and “they were angry”). I was never reached out to about this concern of hers for further investigation until today and it has been almost two weeks. We enjoyed the unit and location but in light of this large fee being assessed almost two weeks later without communication until today, I do not recommend this owner. Fortunately I have never experienced anything like this with another owner in the past.

Amazing location!

We had the privilege of staying in this beautiful condo right on the beach with endless views! It was extremely clean, well stocked, very comfortable and roomy! My family of 6 ages 4 to 45 all enjoyed it. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance to the pier and many restaurants and shops! We loved the location and the view! Would definitely come back and stay again. Cara, the host was extremely helpful and detailed during our reservation and check in/out process. We appreciate you sharing your condo with us!
