Lagerheads è un tesoro nascosto immerso nella tranquilla comunità di Inlet Beach vicino a Rosemary Beach.

Ristrutturato di recente! Lagerheads è una casa a 4 piani con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni che può ospitare 14 persone. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata per includere nuovi pavimenti al 2 ° piano, nuovi mobili da bagno, nuovi elettrodomestici e cucina e arredamento aggiornati. L'ingresso principale alla casa si trova al primo piano dove si trova una zona "Hangout" unica per bambini, dotata di sedie colorate a sacco, TV a schermo piatto, Blue Ray / DVD. In fondo al corridoio c'è una camera per bambini con 2 letti a castello. Entrambi i set di letti a castello hanno un letto full size come cuccetta inferiore, fornendo il luogo perfetto per 6 bambini di raduno. La seconda camera offre un letto king size. Le camere da letto al primo piano condividono una sala da bagno con doppio lavandino e doccia.
Il 2 ° piano offre una sala da pranzo e cucina aperta con molti posti a sedere per tutti. Goditi la brezza sul grande ponte aperto e goditi un cocktail mentre grigliati e guardi i bambini nella piscina sottostante. O cenare nella grande veranda coperta a guardare i tramonti sul Golfo.

Il secondo piano offre anche la Master King Suite con bagno privato, una grande camera con due letti queen size e bagno completo in corridoio.

Goditi l'ampio cortile per i tuoi bambini e i tuoi animali domestici o una festosa partita di pallavolo o di Corn Hole, che restano entrambi in proprietà per il tuo divertimento. C'è una doccia esterna per la vostra convenienza.

Love Lagerheads

Lagerheads is a perfect location, 5 mins and your toes are in the sand. It is also a great walk to Rosemary Beach. Charming homes and beautiful views. If I had to pick a favorite spot it was the crows nest. The ocean breeze and views are amazing. The yard and pool are also great. The only negative, I did NOT want to leave.

Lagerheads is the Place to Stay!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had 3 couples staying with us and our 4 year old daughter. She had a blast with the bunk room and being close to her room was nice too! The private pool was a hit, especially after the beach all day! There’s only a short walk to the beach. Very easy & not bad at all. Yes, there is construction around the property, but never anything annoying. There was a great coffee shop just down the road, Cafe Aroma! Best Tallybombs! We love you 30A! We will definitely be back! The internet is kind of spotty in the area. We did lose internet the last two days of our stay, but thankful we had a hotspot to stream things! Management tried to fix the problem twice, but we were at the beach and I guess couldn’t. Other than that great place to stay and well worth the price!

Very short walk (block) to beach; short bike ride to Rosemary Beach & 30 A shops/restaurants

This place is the perfect place for family and pets. Management company very helpful. Large fenced in back yard. Good space/decor inside the house. Nice neighbors. Only drawback is, like many places in this area, some construction on the street that makes your surroundings less than appealing (Dec 2022). This is clearly a temporary situation.

Wonderful Vacay

This was the perfect property for our family of 10. Lovely amount of space, inside and outside of the house. We loved the well equipped kitchen, adequate seating space,privacy areas , wonderful screen porch. Of course the pool are was a hit, for family games and swimming. and the nicely fenced backyard for badmitten and corn hole games. Loved the crow's nest the most for quiet meditation and prayer. Score ! We highly recommend this property!

Perfect Location for a Quiet Beach Weekend

The house was well equipped and very clean. The linens were clean and white. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. It was in a perfect location that you could take in the quiet or ride bikes into Rosemary Beach. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

Great location and nice house

We had a wonderful stay. Short 15 minute walk to the Rosemary shops. Additionally, the beach was just down the street and around the corner - probably a 5 minute walk at the most. Kitchen was well stocked. Great house with a lot of space. We enjoyed going up to the top deck each evening for sunset. Big backyard with volleyball, cornhole, badminton, etc... We would for sure stay here again.

Amazing

Our friends and I absolutely loved this house!! One minute walk to the beach, a volleyball net and cornhole! We fit 16 comfortably. There was a cranky lady next door that was video taping my friends play volleyball and constantly walked back and forth staring at our group. We are all 25 year old adults not some rowdy teenagers, so we were not sure what her deal was. Other than that, we had other friendly neighbors and very beautiful area!!

Inlet Beach at Lagerheads Was Great!

House was great, all updated, clean. Everything worked as expected. 5 minute walk to public beach and 15 minute walk to Rosemary Beach shops. Highly recommend!

Great property, bad communication

Property is great. We will definitely stay there again. Negatives: when we arrived on Saturday, we quickly discovered the floors (very nice, BTW) had not been mopped. Our feet were black on the bottoms after we heeded the sign downstairs that told us we were at the beach and should "lose your shoes!" The sprayer on the kitchen sink was also broken and not useable. We decided neither was an emergency and we would wait until Monday to call and report. Meanwhile, someone called Sunday morning to make sure all was well (Thank you! Nice service.) so I told them about these minor issues. She promised someone would be out Monday to take care of both. A two-person cleaning team showed up after calling Monday morning and did a stellar job of mopping with cleaners and re-mopping with plain water. No word on the sprayer. We let it go. Wednesday night, one of the kids got strangled and threw up in the pool. I called Thursday to ask if someone should take a look. And also mentioned the sprayer. The lady said she would check with the pool guy. No word all day Thursday. But the maintenance man came and fixed the sprayer. I called back late Thursday to check on the pool guy. The person saw nothing at all in his notes about a problem with the pool. But he'd check on it. Nothing else Thursday. Friday, I get a call from a number with an Oklahoma area code, which I normally would not answer, but I did. And it was someone from Paradise Properties making sure the pool was okay. He said the pool guy had come out Thursday and "shocked" it and it should be pristine. I was at the house all day Thursday and saw no one. Oklahoma dude (and the lady on Thursday, as well) assured us the usual filtration system would have fixed it. We did use the pool Friday but effectively did not have use of the pool all day on Thursday and that night. And I still doubt anybody shocked the pool on Thursday. Then, on Friday at about 3 PM, I get a nice call on voicemail reminding me of our checkout on Saturday, June 6. AT 9 AM! I call back to be sure since I have the email I received on May 25 that says checkout is 10 AM. I know things are rough with allowances for more elaborate cleanup due to the pandemic, but I do not believe things changed since May 25. And if they did, why did we not know about it until late the day before checkout, even when I talked with rental agency reps several times about the things above? Property? Great? Agency? Helpful and friendly. Communication? Not so stellar.

Very comfortable!

This is our second year to stay at Lagerheads and also the second time a tropical storm moved in from the Gulf, but the house is so spacious and comfortable that we still managed to have a great time.

Perfect spot for a large family or multi family vacation

Loved the floor plan for our group. Kitchen is well stocked with items for cooking and we used the grill several nights. We love the property and enjoyed the cornhole and volleyball. The fenced in yard is perfect for a dog or small children because the pool is separated from the fenced yard. We had a wonderful week just relaxing at the beach or pool. The house could use some renovating but I hear the owners are doing so in the fall. But everything worked fine and it was very clean and very functional. It is an easy walk to the beach and to Rosemary and restaurants. It’s a perfect location in my opinion and we will definitely stay there again and again. If you like a less crowded beach, Inlet is perfect because you can still go to Panama City, Rosemary, Seaside, etc for shopping and dining ( Panama City 8 miles) and Publix and CVS are minutes away for your grocery and personal supply needs. The only complaint we had was the pool was dirty most of our stay. We decided to call later in our stay and they sent someone out the next day to address it. The Paradise Staff are super friendly and easy to work with and were very helpful when we needed anything. We will still give it 5 stars because it is really a great spot and great floor plan with a great staff.
