Amazing view. 10/10! Only issue was the elevators at the complex take for ever during busy season and a bit of a wait to get to your room. This room is up on the top floor 21st floor which was a little scary at first. Don’t stay if you’re afraid of heights. I had to clean a bit before using the oven and fridge wasn't up to my standard of clean. Under the beds have never been cleaned. I loved every minute here. But won’t stay again because very busy beach and the elevators.

We had a nice stay. The only thing I had issue with was the additional 100.00 when I checked in for parking passes and wrist bracelets. The condo was great!!! The elevators slow....

The condo was awesome! Fully stocked kitchen, clean and very nice. The management company was super nice and even let our family arrive a little early because we had traveled so far. The view from the balcony is gorgeous!!!Laketown Wharf is maybe a 2/5 or 3/5. The elevator situation is diabolical. Waiting 20 plus minutes every time you need to go up or down is crazy. Being on the 21st floor you have to depend on the elevator. The pools get closed frequently due to children pooping and the 10th floor pool gets absolutely gross by evening. The facilities are just dirty but there are a lot of people there. They need all day cleaning (a facility that size can for sure afford it) the front desk who handle the bands and carts are rude but overall everyone else was great.

Check in & check out times elevators are extremely slow, very small, and one didn’t work the entire stay. The door code was not working which was handled quickly. Upon entry the placed was as described but not clean. Floor was extremely dirty to where my son’s feet were brown & my new white socks were basically black. Hair on the floor that wasn’t mine. Both showers had hair in the bottom, fans were thick with dust, under all the beds thick with dust/hair, etc. Not clean at all. I sent pictures which they sent out the same lady the next day where some areas were addressed but the floor had still not been moped or swept. I purposely left dirt in certain areas to see if the place was actually cleaned and those places were not cleaned. My son even had toys under an ottoman that would have been moved to clean if she cleaned properly. Management said they never had issues with her so they weren’t sending out anyone else but sending ME a mop & broom to clean to my standards! It wasn’t a standards issue it was a cleaner not cleaning properly. I wasn’t offered a refund for the cleaning fee till I had to express how unhappy I was when I sent a multitude of pictures showing the issues & was only refunded half of the fee. We also found a sock that wasn’t ours on the floor between the couches! There was also a water main break where we had no water/air for two days. They only refunded us for ONE day. We won’t be coming back with the elevator & cleaning issues. Don’t recommend!
