Just a single block away from our doorstep, a 1-minute stroll brings you to the breathtaking beachfront! Say goodbye to the hassle of parking - our home offers easy beach access without any daunting main roads to cross. Nestled on the beachside of Thomas, you'll catch enticing glimpses of the shoreline and the inviting beach access points from both our charming decks. Here, you'll find a tranquil escape, free of towering condos, surrounded only by cozy single-family homes, ensuring ample space for your family to spread out and relax, even on bustling holidays!

In our backyard oasis, discover your private sanctuary - a heated, saltwater pool exclusively for your enjoyment. Take a refreshing dip between beach adventures or unwind in the evening, surrounded by the comforts of our home.

With 5 bedrooms, our home offers ample space for your entire family. On the first floor, you'll find three cozy bedrooms. Two boast king-sized bed in each and share a convenient Jack & Jill bathroom, while the third features its own king-sized bed, a full bathroom, and sliding door access to the backyard oasis and pool. The master suite awaits you on the second level, complete with its private bathroom retreat. For the little ones (or the young at heart!), the fifth bedroom on the third floor is a haven of fun, featuring two bunk beds, a double bed, and a trundle - perfect for slumber parties and giggles! Guests often convert this space into a cozy retreat for kids and teens, with the loft comfortably accommodating 7 sleepers. Each bedroom, the living room, and the loft are equipped with televisions, offering entertainment options for all ages, with Xfinity streaming cable and standard streaming services available.

A Bounty of Bathrooms:
With 5 bathrooms, there's no need to queue up for the bathroom! On the first level, enjoy the convenience of 2 full bathrooms - one in the Jack & Jill style and the other as an ensuite to the third bedroom. The second level boasts a luxurious full bathroom in the master suite, complete with a separate shower and tub, as well as a convenient half bathroom at the base of the stairs leading to the loft. The fifth bedroom also features a half bathroom, making it a playful haven for kids and games!

Parking is a breeze with space for 4 vehicles in the driveway (please note size restrictions for larger vehicles).
Remote workers will appreciate the two dedicated workspaces - one in the serene master suite and another on the first floor, offering peaceful productivity amidst your beach getaway.
Hassle-Free Stay:
Enjoy a seamless check-in and check-out experience with our keyless entry system. Your personalized door code will activate at 4 pm on your arrival day and deactivate at 10 am on the day of departure, leaving you more time to soak up the sun and surf.

Our home's prime location invites you to explore on foot! Within a delightful 5-minute walk, discover an array of restaurants offering delectable local cuisine. Forgot something? A quick 5-minute stroll will bring you to Dollar General for any last-minute essentials. And after an evening of fun at Schooner's, simply stroll back home - no need for Uber or driving!

Family-Focused Rules:

Minimum Rental Age: 25. We welcome families and respectful groups; please note, no spring breakers. No large, loud parties are permitted.
Maximum Group Size: 15 guests, with a maximum of 10 adults. Our cozy beachfront retreat is ideal for families, and our top bunk beds are designed with kids' safety in mind.
Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: For groups of 10 adults, please acknowledge that our property is best suited for families with children. Adults are kindly asked not to sleep in the top bunks of the loft beds.
No Pets: To ensure a clean and comfortable stay for all guests, we do not allow pets of any kind.
Check-in/Check-out: Arrival time is at 4 pm, and departure time is at 10 am. These times are firm to allow ample cleaning time for our next guests.
Beach Essentials: Remember to bring your beach gear! We do not provide items such as chairs, coolers, or umbrellas.
