**No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children/young adults to one (1) adult over the age of 25**

If you will be using a golf cart for the week, no worries as the community offers private golf cart parking along the beach.
