Living the Penthouse Life at PH#3

Pinnacle Port PH#3 welcomes you in from the door with an open living/dining room, wonderful fully equipped kitchen and master bedroom with a full three (3) piece ensuite bath on the first floor. Your living room has sweeping lake views from a wonderful balcony. Your second floor offers another master bedroom with a three (3) piece ensuite bath and balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of America, while just across the hall is another guest room with a single bed with a trundle and a bunk bed system with a large picture window with lake views and its own three (3) piece hall bath with a tiled shower. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella (two (2) beach chairs with one (1) umbrella) included for your enjoyment during the season from March - October!

The Pinnacle Port community is a hidden gem located within the gates of Carillon Beach, an upscale area with large homes, shops, and restaurants, this resort is only a few miles from 30A to the west and a few miles from Pier Park shopping to the east.  Sit back and relax on the private uncrowded beach, stroll along the manicured landscaped streets, enjoy some fishing and kayaking on Lake Powell (Florida's largest coastal dune lake), or make a splash in one of our two pools, complete with a poolside cafe and family movie nights in the summer.  Pinnacle Port Resort offers a unique blend of relaxation with gated and roving security.  Nowhere else in the panhandle will you find a resort with a location like this one.  Pinnacle Port guests have access to two pools, a boat ramp, boat slips, as well as tennis, pickleball, basketball half court, saunas, workout room, grills, and even a playground with swings.

There are many attractions and activities, such as Bay Point Golf Club: Nicklaus Course, Dave & Buster's, Duplin Winery, Island Time Sailing: Dolphin Sunset Cruise, Island Time Sailing: Shell Island Snorkel & Sail, Just Jump Trampoline Park, Sky Wheel PCB: Combo Wheel & Golf, Wonder Works PCB, Rock-it-Lanes and Ripley's Believe It or Not, to name a few.

Do not be misled by the description of the Pent House. Everything is unclean: the couch, the carpet, and the main floor bathroom have not been adequately maintained. All the furnishings are old and outdated; the balcony door upstairs is ragged and difficult to operate. I am very disappointed with the actual condition of the condo. The only reason I rated it two stars is due to its location. The pool was pleasant, and it is located right on the beach, but it is not worth the price at all!

Walked into the property@4:00 pm to find dirty dishes, trash everywhere, unmade beds . I Messaged Ann Marie and she had cleaners there in 2 hours…. Which we appreciated, but it made for an awful start to our vacation and we lost an entire evening due to this . We wernt able to get into the condo until after 9:00 pm, it made for an awful first day. Ann Marie offered to buy us dinner , to compensate for our inconvenience, but never heard back form her once she offered . So, nothing was done to compensate for our extreme inconvenience! There must’ve been in oversight on this condo getting cleaned prior to our check in This condo has a nasty couch , yucky carpet , old as dirt showers and has an old smell . Needs serious remodeling . Beds were extremely comfortable and the view was great. Never had a bad experience at Pinnacle port, until now !
