The condo is great. The view and the beach access are phenomenal. The room was well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. It is clean and smelled fresh. The Waffle House and convenience store right beside the property are best avoided due to it being popular for illegal activities especially at night. Service at the bar/ grille by the pool was poor to put it nicely.

We have stayed at many units at LBR every year since 2005. This unit was clean, and served us very well for the week we were there May 24 thru May 31There were a few minor repairs that need to be made that I advised the property managment aware of, but nothing major. We would definitely rent this unit again.

The condo was clean but in a severe need of update. The stove had rust all over the door. Sprinkler head was also covered with rust. Many of the floor tiles were cracked. The patio door track needs cleaning and greased (could barely get it opened) The patio furniture on the deck was rusted as well. The tv should have some type of instruction to find local and network news. Also which remote went with what tv(all remotes 4 were in the bedroom) Had to purchase toilet paper (no extra ) was left.

The location was great and the view was wonderful. The property needs some updating. The toilet ran the entire time (should be an easy fix). We came for the view and location and were not disappointed.

As Minnesotans coming for a friends wedding, we could not haves asked for a better place to stay and experience Panama City Beach. The room was nice, the views fantastic, the beach beautiful and tons of fun activities close by to do. If we came back this would be our first choice of a place to stay!

This is the first time I’ve stayed in a 1 bedroom unit at Long Beach. It was just the right amount of space for our little family. Everything was as listed/shown. The king size bed was absolutely phenomenal. The pillow topper made it a dream each night. There are some small things that need to be changed or updated due to normal wear and tear in property management. The sliding doors need to be lubricated they are very hard to open from the outside. The couch is extremely uncomfortable and the hide-a-bed mattress needs replaced. But other than that the unit is great! Will rent this unit again!!

Great location outstanding view, great balcony main pool was nice. Food was great at the tiki bar. The first appearance at the door of the condo made us skeptical because it’s very rusted overall fairly clean other than the comforter on the bed had stains the soaker tub stopper was stripped out, so you could not take a bath washing machine you had to continue to reset. It did not operate correctly could definitely use some updating but overall we had a great time.

First i received a message that we could check in early...at 1 verses 4. The combo for the lock would not work. Called the number i had. The person stated they do not have early check in times. After 10 minutes on hold then 2 different lock combo tries we were in. Overwhelming smell of funk when we opened the rusted ugly door. The glass sliding doors need their tracks cleaned and oiled. They were very hard to open and close. There was food and food wrappers on the balcony. It was obviously was not cleaned. The pad in the chaise lounge could be replaced...dirty and molded. The light over the bathtub did not work. The fan over the toilet sounds like its going to fly off the ceiling. Before we left the other light in the bathroom went out leaving you in the dark. Lastly the bolt on one side of the toilet was rusted...broken. Beleive that is where the odor was coming from. Overall the entire place could have been cleaner.

It’s a nice place with great views but needs tons of updating. Only provides you with one roll of TP for a 5 day stay. Not very clean. Location is next to a super busy location so it gets really loud at night with kids running around an police sirens. Over all it’s ok but expensive.
