Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. This beautiful, completely remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen has been completely updated with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The resort offers a fitness center, hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Condo 4-1202 is located in Tower 4 on the 12th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Our little paradise

The unit was just perfect. Great quality of glasses dishes and silverware. Not a lot of stuff in the unit but that is what makes it so pretty and clean. I would like to suggest a bed topper on top of the mattress because the loud sound the mattress made kept me not sleeping soundly but all in all I would stay again.

Nice getaway

The condo was very nice and clean. It's directly on the beach with the perfect balcony view. It's located within a 2 to 3 minute drive to walmart and other shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would stay at the condo again.

We loved our stay in Panama City Beach. The Condo was beautiful, clean, on the beach, and convenient to stores and restaurants. We could hear the waves from the condo, which for me was an added Bonus!

This property/ condo was gorgeous. It is a gated resort which helped me feel safe since I traveled alone. It is in a very convenient location with multiple stores within 10 minutes of the resort. The beach was clean and not too crowded. There were two chairs and an umbrella in the condo that could be used during my stay. I would definitely book this property again.

Girls trip

My best friend & I decided to take a girls trip to Panama City Beach. This was my first time ever going to Florida.This condo was absolutely PERFECT! Beautiful, clean, great location right on the water with an absolute gorgeous view. The staff were all friendly and very quick & helpful when I needed assistance. I would highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to come back.

Great location

Great stay, we were fortunate to have amazing weather. We went the end of March. The beach is very clean and the sand is white and fluffy. Condo was perfect size for me and my husband. Very cute and clean. Would recommend.

The Perfect Getaway

My mom and I spent a week at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach to escape the cold Minnesota temperatures. We had the most amazing time! The condo was beautifully decorated, and had breathtaking views of the sunsets. We even got to see dolphins swimming one morning - a very memorable experience! Farah was very accommodating and easy to work with! I would certainly book this property again!

Fair for the price

This is not the first time I've used VRBO for reserving a condo. The unit was as described, clean and visually appealing. I would recommend handrails in the bathroom/shower area. In the bedroom, it made me wonder what there is that they are trying to hide with black sheets with a plastic sheet underneath. It made the bed very uncomfortable. Being local, we decided not to spent our final night in the condo because the bed was so bad. You need a new mattress. The location and view from the balcony were amazing. Oh, one last thing, there was no number plate on the door so finding the right room in the dark was a bit of a challenge that first time. I've paid more for less and I've paid less for more, so on average I say this is a fair value for the price.

Beautiful Place with Beautiful Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it was all the listing said and more! Had the great homely feeling we needed to relax and really enjoy ourselves. The views were absolutely breath-taking! We loved being out of the busiest part of the strip but still in the middle of everything! We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

The condo was excellent and very clean right when you open the door! Smelled fresh and the decor was updated and nice! The double balcony was a plus as we enjoyed beautiful sunsets! The updated shower was also awesome! We would love to stay here again!
