Welcome to a peaceful paradise! This beach-view townhouse has an ideal location on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. The white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just across the street from your door! Take in the gorgeous view from the second-floor balcony or unwind on either of the two first-floor patios. Everything you need to prepare and serve meals can be found in the upgraded kitchen. At the end of a long day in the sun and surf, recline on the couch and watch your favorite show on the flatscreen TV. Explore Rosemary Beach on 30A just to the west (two miles) and popular attractions like Pier Park (six miles) and Gulf World Zoo (seven miles) east of the home. You’ll want to spend a whole day exploring Pier Park’s many stores, restaurants, and entertainment options. A Publix grocery store and CVS pharmacy are right around the corner from your beach home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Nice clean, centrally located and close to the beach. Great unit! Only down side was neighbor’s barking dog (for hours and starting early in the morning).

Great trip

We loved our stay. The only complaint is there is no wifi in the extra bedroom. No cable or anything. Don’t know why they have a tv in there. It would be a simple fix to put a wifi extender in there. We stayed there last year with the same complaint and was told it had been fixed. It has not!

Summer Vacation

Absolutely what we expected and more.The walk over to the beach was just a few steps away and the sun set was gorgeous.The upper deck is also amazing especially in the evening just to relax and enjoy good company.The topper was having a washer and dryer for use.No dirty clothes or wet suits for the road.All super fresh.Thank you for the stay and will book again.

Spring break 2023

Great place - quiet/private beach. Neighbors had dogs, not a big deal but occasional barking as people walked by (they left balcony open for dogs). Very comfortable beds - place was roomy and pleasant - kitchen well equipped. Grill ignitor didn't work, but could make it work with a lighter. Maintenance people came by quickly to assess & fixed dishwasher that was not anchored in, offered charcoal grill - not necessary (just wanted to inform). There was an exposed wire under upper kitchen cabinet - didn't see til later but wanted to pass on. We were there to watch some of our son's college club baseball, beach time, and to do a little fishing. We hope to come back next year. Highly recommend.

Great floor plan, balcony, views, acess to beach, and parking. Townhouse was very clean and has plenty of towels. We thought it was even better than the VRBO photos!

Perfect location!

My family & I enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside on the Gulf. This condo looked exactly like the photos displayed. The location was perfect as it was directly across the street from the beach with beach access just steps away. Beautiful views of the ocean from the second floor master bedroom. It was extremely quite for the condo being on a Main Street. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

Awesome family summer vacation

Our stay at Sunnyside was wonderful! The unit looked exactly like all the pictures online and the location of the path to the beach was literally right across the street from the property! It was so easy to go back and forth to the beach anytime we wanted to go. And Sunnyside is so convenient to a lot of other activities and things to do in PCB and on 30A. Our family had a wonderful vacation and we will definitely be renting this place or one like it again!

Excellent property - great location

Property was exactly as described- clean and well furnished. Across from beach entrance so literally just steps and we were on the beach. Great location - away from the crowds but close enough to restaurants and shopping to be convenient and quiet!
