*The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Mar 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

When checking in, please go to the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands (according to the unit occupancy). After hours, please go the next morning. Price is 27$ per pass (subject to change without prior notice). If the lot becomes overloaded, security can ask guests with the additional pass to move one vehicle to the public parking lot at 9961 Thomas Drive.
