Godrai della nostra cucina moderna con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile completamente riforniti per tutte le tue esigenze di cottura. (Suggerimento professionale: puoi goderti più tempo in spiaggia scaricando l'app di consegna Publix sul tuo smartphone per avere tutti i tuoi generi alimentari consegnati direttamente al condominio.) Goditi la vista sul golfo dal divano mentre rimani aggiornato sulle ultime notizie / intrattenimento sul nostro schermo piatto del soggiorno e / o guardi la TV da una qualsiasi delle nostre camere! Il Master (come l'LR) ha porte scorrevoli in vetro per accedere al balcone e offre anche una cabina doccia piastrellata in vetro con area salotto e una bella vasca da bagno proprio di fronte per una notte rilassante dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia. Anche la camera degli ospiti ha doppie finestre per affacciarsi sul balcone anteriore (condiviso) e ha anche un bagno Jack e Jill di fronte ai letti a castello. Ti godrai splendidi tramonti mentre ti rilassi sul nostro (11 ° piano / centro del complesso) Beach Front Balcony direttamente sulla piscina e sul Golfo del Messico! Il complesso dispone di due piscine e una riscaldata sul tetto nella torre 2 e ha anche una palestra e un Tiki Bar a bordo piscina! Il bellissimo Grand Panama Beach Resort si trova vicino al Pier Park, ai ristoranti locali e ai negozi di souvenir! Non vediamo l'ora di soggiornare con noi nel Grand Panama Beach Resort!

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Wonderful Family time

We loved this property for our family and the access to the beach, pool and activities. The added bonus was that it came with a beach umbrella location. Christina was very responsive and made communication extremely easy. The property was easy to access and we would gladly stay here on our next trip to Panama City. Restful stay

My husband and I were able to get a much needed restful stay and totally enjoyed everything about our stay. The balcony view, the view of the ocean from our master bedroom, the pool, the beach, and the restful and very nice condo. The host was very responsive and timely with responses.

Great Place To Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here and had questions a couple of times, the host was super responsive!! The only problem we could even think of is that the door is difficult to latch so it pops open easily cutting the air off and the air only goes down to 68. Other than that the stay was amazing along with the rooms and everything else! We would definitely book here again!

Exceptional experience

Simplistic, ease and accommodating condo experience… The check in directions were on point and set us up for success… This condo is located right off the elevator of building 1, fantastic views, comfort of home feeling, parking in tower 2 convenience - souvenir and boutique shopping, eatery with coffee bar, ice cream, daily fresh donuts, pizza and more on the ground floor of tower 2.. Resort grounds are well maintained and staff is constantly visible for any guest needs! Tiki bar was fantastic - Wonderful vacation spot!!!

Great for family of 8

I always try to give an accurate rating and discription. Check in process was quick and easy. The condo was beautifully decorated . Although i did have my 7 and 2 year old grandsons so i moved some of the decorations higher up. The views were great. The condo was nice and clean. Very little wear and tear. I would recommend paper or plastic plates if you have small children. The beds were nice and comfortable. Even the bunk beds. One issue we did have is we couldnt figure out how to get the tvs to work in either bedroom but it wasnt a big deal to us. Oh and we learned you cant dry your towles on the rail of the balcony... management will leave you a note taped to the door lol Would definitely book again.

Good but not great

This was our 2nd time to go to PCB and had a great time. Pros: We liked that this condo was directly across from the elevators, it made it easier when lugging all of our beach stuff. The trash chute is very close as well. The condo was decorated nice and the bunk beds were a hit with the kids. The outdoor couch was a nice touch. Cons: The overall layout of the condo was not my favorite, as there just wasn't enough room to store away our things. We were all stepping over open suitcases because there was just nowhere to put them. The master bath has the tiniest cut out for a closet, the dressers are on the smaller side and there is no pantry. There was a sign underneath the sink stating that the garbage disposal did not work. We did not see this until after food had gone down the disposal and wanting to abide by the rules we did not use it. A few days into our vacation it began to stink. Turns out, they forgot to remove the "do not use" sign. Also we were extremely careful about not opening the balcony doors too much and when we did we closed them promptly. Even still, the AC froze up and we spent the last night of our stay hot and uncomfortable. The pool was closed 2 of the 5 days we were there which was annoying because that's all my toddler wanted to do was swim in the kid pool. The parking garage was atrocious. We spent $80 to park 2 cars and the first night had to park in a whole other parking lot. The communication was good but we wouldn't stay here again.

Beautiful beachfront views

The condo was very nice. Great communication with owner. The beds were comfortable and the condo lived up to our expectations. Except for the building itself. The building was dirty. We never saw any cleaning people. The elevators we very slow with no air conditioner. There were no luggage carts to be found. We were told to check each floor. We eventually had to carry our luggage in 90 degree weather. Parking is limited and very tight between vehicles. The condo is pet friendly and there was dry dog feces in elevators and in hallways.

Great location

Checking in was a little confusing. Check-in time is 4pm but we were in front of the property until about 4:15. We finally got in only to find that the place wasn't quite clean. Thank God, the owner of the cleaning company showed up and took care of the issues. From There, all was fine.

A perfect home away from home!

We couldn’t have picked a better condo to stay in for our week in PCB for a softball tournament. Not only was it decorated beautifully but it truly had all of the essentials one could possibly need! (Toilet paper, soaps in the bathrooms, dish towels, beach chairs and boogie boards, beach chair rental included, smart tvs in all the rooms, even essential spices in the kitchen!) The condo was perfectly centered in the complex which made for great pictures. This unit is also ideal because it’s right off the elevator and next to the garbage chute. Condo owner was so helpful and quick to respond with several questions about receiving packages and check-in info. Only recommendation would be to add a curtain next to the hallway bunk beds to help block light/some noise for the sleeping kiddos. If we ever find ourselves in PCB in the future we will DEFINITELY rent again! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
