Living space
Floor-to-ceiling windows draw the Gulf inside, wrapping the open-concept living area in natural light and water views from the moment you walk in. The seating is generous and comfortable - ideal for gathering after a beach day, catching something on TV, or simply watching the light shift across the water as the afternoon winds down. The layout flows easily between the living area and dining space, keeping the atmosphere relaxed and social.
 
Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook a proper meal - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Pull up a seat at the breakfast bar for a quick morning coffee, or spread out at the dining table for an evening in with the whole group, the Gulf still visible through the windows.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests comfortably. The master suite includes a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms offer restful spaces for family or friends, each with quality bedding and ample storage. Bed linens and coverlets are freshly laundered before every arrival through the Clean Coverlet Program, so everything is crisp and ready when you check in.
 
Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms serve the condo, keeping mornings and evenings running smoothly for a full group of six. Essentials including towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided.
 
Outdoor living
Step out onto the private balcony and let the Gulf of Mexico do the rest. Whether it is morning coffee with the sunrise, an evening drink as the sky turns, or simply sitting with the sound of the water below, this outdoor space earns its place as one of the condo's best features. The waterfront setting also means direct beach access is right there when you are ready to get your feet in the sand.
 
Resort amenities
Grand Panama's resort facilities are available to guests and add a full layer of options to your stay - pool, hot tub, gym, and BBQ grill. Washer, dryer, air conditioning, heating, dedicated workspace, WiFi, and self check-in via keypad are all included. Paid parking is available on premises; the initial registration fee of $50.00 USD plus tax covers one parking pass and pool bands for each guest, with additional parking passes available at $30.00 USD each.
 
Guest perks
One complimentary ticket per day is included for select Panama City Beach attractions: a sunset and dolphin watch sailing cruise, indoor mini golf, trampoline park admission, WonderWorks Adventure, and a Dave and Buster's Power Card per stay. New activity, new day.
 
Pet policy
This condo is pet-friendly. A nonrefundable pet fee of $20.00 USD plus tax per pet applies for Grand Panama, and $100.00 USD plus tax per pet for Sail Away Vacation Rentals.
