The Hay + Co Bungalow is located on the east end of Panama City Beach. The east end is known as the peaceful end of PCB, perfect for families! The east end is home to Shell Island, St. Andrews State Park, Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, Wonder Works, Scream Machine Boat Ride, Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise, The Slingshot and a short drive from Pier Park, Fun Land, Go Kart, Miniature Golf, and Gulf World. The Bungalow is 2 blocks from beach entrance 9.

--> Non-Smoking Property Policy:
Our home is a strictly non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests who violate this policy will be required to vacate the property immediately and will be held responsible for ozone treatments and additional cleaning costs incurred.

--> Guest Policy:
Age limit 25 to book. The person booking the property MUST stay on the property. The amount of guests in booking must match the amount of people staying in unit.

--> Cancellation Policy:
We encourage all guests to review our cancellation policy carefully before booking. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations due to travel difficulties, inclement weather, illness, or family emergencies.

To protect your investment, we recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking. Travel insurance can provide peace of mind and financial security if unforeseen circumstances arise.
