Welcome to Beach Haven! SLEEPS 6, Located directly on the beach!!!!

"Beach Haven" offers full UNOBSTRUCTED gulf views from your large private balcony, as well as from your living/kitchen area!

Beautifully decorated and located on the 14th floor of the prestigious Emerald Beach Resort!

You will enjoy communicating directly with the Owner and avoid check-in lines. All access information will come directly from the Owner.


1 King Bedroom/2 full baths with hall Twin bunks and a Full sofa sleeper!

NO PETS ALLOWED - no exceptions!

Check-in at 4PM (early check-in if available). Check-out is at 11AM

MUST be 25 years old to rent!

Located at the BEAUTIFUL Emerald Beach Resort where you are right near it all!! Plus walking distance to Sharky’s and Runaway Island (beachside dining) *and several other restaurants* and shops!

Our modern-beachy condo will be equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home! Featuring large 70” Smart TV with sound bar in living room and 55” Smart TV in the bedroom! USB ports, large ceiling fan in living room, and bedroom! comfortable beds and furnishings and a well stocked kitchen! The kitchen includes all white cabinets, granite and stainless appliances... has a Keurig as well as a regular coffee pot. Equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

Guests are given a *starter kit* that includes toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels.

*Beach towels are provided*

Four aluminum fold up beach chairs and 8x12 cooler with wheels are provided in the unit for your use!

Chairs available to rent downstairs as well!

Just as advertised!

We completely enjoyed our stay in PCB, and this condo was outstanding! Denise was great with communication, and gave us all of the info we could possibly need in a timely manner. The unit was very clean, and everything worked as it should. This resort was in a great spot on the beach, with several restaurants nearby. We enjoyed being right net to Sharky's and being able to walk there from the beach in the evening. Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed.

The Best!

Clean, perfect view of the beach, owners as so nice, beautiful condo, just overall the best! My family consistented of my husband, myself, my 4 year old and my 3 year old and it was the perfect space for us! My 4 year old mainly slept on the bottom bunk while my 3 year slept with us in the huge king bed. Just the kids personal preference. Super easy access to the beach. The resort pool was my kids favorite part which was nice to have since the weather wasn’t the greatest the whole time we were there. The games they had additional down at the pool was so fun too! It’s was a wonderful place all and all!

Summer vacation

Wonderful condo. Perfectly located within the facility. Condo karaoke was a ball. Having Starbucks in the facility is a plus. So many restaurants in walking distance. This condo was extremely clean, up to date and well kept. Loved the sound machine in bedroom.

Fantastic

This place was amazing! It started with the amazing communication from the host and the accuracy of the posting. We arrived to a very clean room which is always nice. The property itself has all the amenities you could need. The beach access is fantastic and the pools never seemed to be overcrowded even when the beach was closed due to weather. We are already considering booking this place again!

Fabulous and Clean unit with Amazing views of the Gulf!!!!

A beautiful beach front unit on the 14th floor with a large balcony. The unit is well modernized but keeps a beach feel, which we loved. The unit was exceptionally clean and smelled very inviting. The owners were extremely informative about the property and were wonderful to work with. They had us our door and garage codes on time and the unit was ready ahead of the 4pm check-in time which allowed our family to enjoy the beach earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this unit for your vacation needs!!!

Very Comfortable Condo

This is the perfect condo for a beach getaway. The condo is clean and all of the furniture and decorations look nice. The patio has comfortable seating for sitting outside and taking in views of the gulf. Great communications between the owner and renters of the property. They want to ensure you have a pleasant stay. They are quick to respond to questions and requests. The property has nice amenities as well with a beach front pool with bar area, and another pool on the back side of the property. There’s a game room, and an area to play outdoor chess and other games. There’s a small gift shop and areas to buy coffee, pizza and snacks. We love this location for our family vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Literally thought of everything!

Easy 5 stars! Guaranteed this place has everything that you will need to enjoy your stay. Once you walk in you immediately feel a sense of relief seeing how clean everything is, how all of the things that you may need for beach, kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms have been provided…on top of that feeling of being at home. We can’t thank you guys enough for opening your rental to us this week, we hope to enjoy it and the beautiful Gulf again in the future.

Spring Break

Communication was timely and friendly. Location was absolutely perfect. Condo itself was wonderfully taken care of, 5 star stay. We absolutely loved everything about it. The elevators were slow and some were down but not outrageous and of course out of the owners control. I think I waited 15 min once for a ride but mostly 2-5 min wait. The only amenity I wish there was available was cable due to it being March Madness with NCAA games commencing. But many additional channels were available I.e. Netflix, Disney, etc. it is possible we simply couldn’t figure the TV out and how to access the cable, but still 5/5 stay, best vacation stay yet!

Bliss

Took a last minute mother daughter trip. It should speak volumes about this unit to say that it was so cold all week that we never even went down to the beach and yet we had an amazing time! We enjoyed the amazing view from the balcony and lounged while we worked from our laptops. Bed was comfy and room was dark and cool… slept great! 5 out of 5 would recommend.

February Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The balcony was awesome. Saw stingrays, pelicans & dolphins. The weather was Beautiful!! The condo was just right for the 3 of us. Cannot say enough about the food, weather & stores. We had the greatest time at Mardi Gras at Pier Park. Lots of good food & fantastic music. The owners were very attentive to all of our needs! Enjoyed 100% Thanks for allowing us to have wonderful sister time together. Looking forward to staying there at your place!👍🐬🐠🤗

Wonderful stay

My family and I enjoyed a very relaxing stay here. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The location is great! Right on the beach and within walking distance to several great restaurants.

A Wonderful Condo

I just want to say that this is a beautiful condo and my girls and I really had a great time. We liked it so well that one of our days was spent mostly indoors. We don't have one negative thing to say about it and that's saying a lot since I'm very picky about where I stay.

Loved the property, loved the beach! We enjoyed the pools across the skywalk, we were there quite a bit with our twin 9 year olds. Pools were nice, tiki bar and games were nice to have also!

PERFECT Beachfront Condo

First time to PCB, but will definitely be back!! Condo was extremely clean & comfortable; felt like home. The beach view from the balcony was WONDERFUL! Loved all of the on-site amenities; beach just steps away, two different pool areas with poolside bars, full-bar in the skywalk, Starbucks in the building & restaurants within walking distance. The new owner, Denise, was extremely helpful & quick to respond! She offered restaurant suggestions, activity ideas & helped us with any other random questions we had. Beach days were easy & convenient with beach chairs & a rolling cooler provided by the owners as well. Overall, this was the perfect condo rental & location for a beach vacation!

Wonderful Experience

We enjoyed the property very much. The Starbucks on-site was really nice. Our stay was during the winter months and the pool on the back side of the property was heated a little better than the one by the beach, so the kids enjoyed swimming and we enjoyed the hot tubs. The condo itself was full of extra touches (sound machine in the master bedroom, fantastic balcony furniture that made it so much more comfortable, great tv/soundbar combo in the living room, etc.). The best part of renting was working with the owner, Jill, who was incredibly accommodating for our family's needs. I'd highly recommend anyone stay here, and we are "beach snobs" of sorts.
