ABOUT THE HOME: Upon entering this lovely coastal condo, you will feel all your stress melt away as you take in the soothing calm colors and finishes. With nothing separating you from the emerald green water and sugar white sand of Panama City Beach, your toes will be in the sand minutes after you arrive. Enjoy the expansive coastline and ocean views from the open living area, the gorgeous master bedroom and from the oversized balcony where there is new comfortable seating and dining furniture.
The kitchen is a cook's dream with all new appliances and is fully equipped to handle all your cooking, baking, or entertaining needs. The kitchen has all new dishes and cookware and is so well-appointed cooking a meal of any kind will be a breeze. The large dining room table comfortably seats 4 and the kitchen bar has stools for overflow guests. The living room has all new furniture with a queen size sleeper sofa and a 55” TV.
The gorgeous master bedroom is a relaxing retreat with new furniture, new king size bed and stunning views of the gulf from the floor to ceiling sliding doors. The luxurious bathroom has a low entry custom tile shower with a corner bench, cabinet upgrade, new quartz countertops and lighting for that spa like feel! The guest bedroom also has new furniture, and a new queen size bed. The bathroom has a new tub with custom waterfall tile surround, new cabinets, and lighting to make your guests feel like royalty.

ABOUT THE AREA: Onsite are two pools: one that is heated and both are located on the gulf side on the ground floor in addition to a large hot tub. The property also features an exercise room, sauna, and steam room. You can also find an onsite pavilion with BBQ grills. Whether it's strolling on the beach, snorkeling, parasailing, or fishing, close by you'll find opportunities to enjoy everything there is to do in, under, above, or on the water. This condo is only 20 minutes from Northwest Florida Beaches Airport (ECP) – Only 2 miles from Pier Park, and championship golf courses, restaurants, beach clubs, shopping, day / dinner cruises, museums, parks, marinas, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, amusement / water parks, parasailing, jet skiing, sea plane adventures, Gulf World, are close by.

HOA REQUIRED FEE: Upon arrival parking and pool passes must be purchased at the main office located on the 4th floor and must be displayed at all times. Passes are $40 per space for the duration of your stay.

- Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at this home/building. Per building regulations, guests who bring undisclosed pets may be subject to eviction. For those traveling with pets, several boarding facilities are available throughout the Panhandle.

Parking Details:
- This unit comes with 1 assigned parking spot (HOA fee applies). Overflow parking is in the parking garage below the units or at the adjacent covered overflow parking and a covered walkway to the 3rd floor, with access to four large modern elevators.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Wonderful stay! clean and felt like home amenities!

The condo was so clean , organized and with so many little touches that made it a perfect time. The cleanliness was so refreshing! The staff of the condominium was also helpful and very pleasant! Thank you for a great stay!
