Experience the nature and family fun of Panama City Beach from the comfort of this renovated 2 BD/2.5 BTH townhome (sleeps 6) with perfect location at Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida.

With a bright living and dining area, modern furnished interior, and an amazing canal view, private spacious back porch, grill, this home is perfect for your next big family beach vacation.

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a gated community that requires a code to enter. There are 11 pools on property, 5 of which are heated seasonally. The largest pool looks out directly onto the gulf and includes a clubhouse with a restaurant & snack bar. The resort offers a workout gym, 18 hole mini golf course, shuffleboard courts, kids playground and 2 tennis courts.

Nearby, you’ll find Shipwreck Island Water Park, Just Jump Trampoline Park, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, and Wonder Works. Enjoy shopping and dining at Pier Park, which is about 5 miles away.

FEATURES OF THE PROPERTY:

Main Level: the kitchen, living room & half bath, laundry room are all located on the main level of the home.

Living Room: Sleeper sofa, loveseat, TV

Dining Room: Table w/ seating for 4 people

Kitchen: Fully stocked for your needs

Laundry room: The full size washer & dryer are located on the main level.

2nd Level: Bedrooms, Baths, & Balcony off Master Bedroom

Bedroom 1: King bed, private bath w/ shower, LED mirrors, TV & Sunny balcony for a morning coffee

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV

Bathroom : off hallway w/ shower/tub combo, LED mirror

Back porch off main living room: w/ seating areas and grill with a canal view.

Ring Camera Notice: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the house which records audio & video of the entrance. Do NOT tamper with or cover the ring camera. If you cover OR tamper with camera - you will be evicted & no refund will be given.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Needs dish wash clothes and dish towels wasn’t any available. Propane was empty but owner did say she would refund if we took it to get filled which we decided to go another route. Main TV in living room was not user friendly hard to connect to apps. Location was great and owner was very helpful when I had questions responded quickly.

Great stay

Property was as described. We didn't have any issues. The beach was walking distance, about 5 mins. The couple of times I had to message the property owner they responded quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and cutlery, even some things in the pantry. This is a good place for a family, plenty of space for everyone.

Loved it!

We loved it! The house was so clean and cozy! Check-in and check-out process was easy and I was able to easily communicate with the host when needed. We felt safe in the gated area and the beach was just a short walk away. Would stay again!

Fun stay but some issues…

It was a nice home with a good location however there were inaccuracies with what was said on the listing. There was no hot tub, no shampoo or soap. The floors were DISGUSTING. We ran out of toilet paper, we were only given two trash bags for five people for a five day stay. The pull out couch was dirty and stained. A nice bonus was the wagon and beach chairs. Parking was easy. And the patio along the canal was cute.

The resort is well laid out with bedrooms upstairs and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a sitting room with very nice view out over the back patio. The location is very good. You can walk to the beach in 5 mins and to many different restaurants / bars in 10 to 15 minutes. If walking to places is what you are looking for this condo is perfect.

Nice clean updated property

Property was clean and comfortable. Not to far from the beach. Main bedroom bathroom way too small, no counter space and shower is very small. My husband is very tall and shower basin was slippery and had to put towel down so he did not slip. Floors were not very clean as our feet were black just from walking around inside. Overall happy with place

Terrible Beds

We stayed here for 2 nights for a baseball tournament at Publix Park. The townhome is decorated nice and in a gated community. It is an older home and that is extremely obvious once you drive in. The master shower is very small and a tight space. Everything was good until we went to bed the mattress was like sleeping on a rock. The mattress has seen better days. In addition to the rock hard mattress the pillows were horrible, flat, and worn out. We got charged on the required insurance policy for an iron, to which we didn’t even use due to having so much build up and burnt gunk on the bottom. The location was decent, but it is not as close to the beach as the ad leads you to believe, so be ready for a good walk. It does have a wagon to use and some beach toys in the outdoor storage box but the amount of mosquitoes that came from the box made the back patio pretty much unusable. We would not stay here again.
