**PARKING PASSES & WRISTBANDS: Please check in with the main office upon arrival. Parking Passes and wristbands are required. Parking passes are $25/vehicle. Wristbands must be worn in the community for security reasons. These can be purchased at the office for $20/person. Children 5 and under do not need to wear wristbands. We do not have control over the wristband and parking pass rules as these are rules put in place by the community board for safety and security purposes.

***NOTE: If the purpose of your vacation is to party, be loud late at night and be disrespectful of our neighbors, this is NOT the property for you. We are located in a quiet, family focused community with excellent amenities. Our neighbors will call security and/or the PCB Police if any behavior is inappropriate or disruptive to our community.***

BEDROOMS:
First upstairs bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom, flat screen Roku TV, private balcony, and large closets

Second upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet

Third upstairs bedroom has a twin bed and a bunk (full bed on bottom and twin on top), private balcony, and large closet

We also have a Pack N' Play for little ones. Please bring your own Pack N' Play sheets.

DINING & LIVING ROOMS:
Dining room has a table and chairs that will fit 6 comfortably with 3 barstools beside for convenient gathering

Living room has a comfortable sofa and a large flat screen TV with all streaming services (BYO Passwords)

KITCHEN:
Large fully equipped kitchen with bar seating

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Full laundry room with washer and dryer in unit!

PATIO:
The back patio has comfortable outdoor dining table and chairs, a bags game set, and inviting overhead lights!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
NO pets of any kind. If you bring a pet there will be a $500 fee per pet and you will be asked to leave without a refund

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside our townhome or in car port. Smoking must be done out in the parking lot away from the building

Per PCB Fire Dept - 8 Guest Maximum.

Guests have access to the entire property during their stay. We have a keypad code on the front door which can be used instead of a key.

IMPORTANT:

All guests must be 23+ with the exception of children with their parents.

Unless an emergency, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

There is a Blink camera on the front exterior of the home for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection!

The pools, hot tub, and other amenities are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! There is no lifeguard on duty at the pools & hot tub.

We recommend securing travel insurance for your trip! It comes in handy if you need to cancel for any reason, but would need to be purchased BEFORE you arrive at our home. We recommend using Google to find that one that best fits you and your needs, but if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask!

No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet and asked to leave without a refund.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages
