The primary bedroom features a plush queen bed, large walk-in closet, seating area, and dresser.

The small garage is not available for vehicle parking but is stocked with beach chairs, beach wagons, and beach toys for guests to enjoy during their stay.

PARKING
Due to HOA rules, a maximum of two vehicles are allowed in the driveway, including golf carts.

The garage cannot accommodate vehicles.

A small overflow parking lot is located just outside the gate within walking distance.

No parking on the street or grass. Violations may result in a $250 fine and towing at the guest’s expense.
