Emerald Isle 1904 è un appartamento con due camere da letto / 2 bagni completamente arredati con un ampio balcone privato, accessibile dalla camera da letto principale e da soggiorno, con vista sulla sabbia bianca e le acque cristalline del Golfo del Messico. Ha due letti king size e divano letto nel soggiorno, lavatrice e asciugatrice nuovi, nuovo schermo piatto 55 "4K Smart TV in salotto, un nuovo schermo piatto in camera da letto, intero condominio completamente ridipinto, nuovo forno a microonde in acciaio inox, lavastoviglie, gamma e nuova pavimentazione della plancia dappertutto. L'unità 1904 ha anche nuovi ventilatori a soffitto, lampadari, lampade e nuove tende oscuranti nel soggiorno e nelle camere da letto. Questo condominio è dotato di "PARCHEGGIO COPERTO ASSEGNATO" direttamente di fronte agli ascensori eliminando la necessità di competere per il parcheggio. Due sedie a sdraio e ombrellone sono inclusi negli affitti dal 1 ° marzo al 31 ottobre di ogni anno (un valore di $ 25 al giorno). "Per la sicurezza dei bambini", abbiamo delle serrature per bambini sulle porte del balcone.

Torna alle nostre proprietà Emerald Isle Resort, i nostri due condomini di lusso si trovano nella parte ovest di Panama City Beach, offrendo un ambiente tranquillo e valore lontano dal rumore, ma a pochi minuti da Pier Park. Pier Park è la nuova destinazione di intrattenimento di Panama City con negozi, ristoranti, cinema e altro ancora. La posizione dell'estremità occidentale è vicino alle famose spiagge di South Walton e ai moderni negozi e ristoranti situati lungo la strada 30A. La spiaggia di Rosemary è a soli 7 chilometri di distanza.

Condominio fronte spiaggia Emerald Isle ha tutto! ...... tra cui una vasca idromassaggio e due piscine sul fronte del golfo, una palestra e un bagno turco a bordo piscina. Ci sono griglie per barbecue in acciaio inox situate nel padiglione della piscina tra entrambe le piscine.

Really enjoyed our vacation. Condo was nicely appointed & very comfortable. Loved the large balcony. View was amazing. Gloria was a great host. Very responsive to anything that came up. Would highly recommend!

We so enjoyed this condo. Great view on the 19th floor. Newly remodeled. Fast elevators. Private parking space. We go to Panama City Beach 1-2 times a year. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We love Emerald Isle and this is unit is one of our favorites. It's clean, nicely decorated, the kitchen is stocked with nice dishes/cookware and the patio overlooking the Gulf is well furnished. We had one small issue and the owner was in touch in a matter of minutes and everything was resolved quickly. Kudos to her!

We had a great week! Condo was exactly like the pictures and all the reviews of it being a calmer location and close to activities was very accurate. If you’re looking for a slower pace beach vacation in PCB this condo is it. We will definitely be back.

The unit has a great balcony overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed our morning breakfast and watching the sunrise. However, the unit is outdated. Mainly the hot water tank runs out of hot water in no time. We were 2 families and when both showers were in use, in little to no time the hot water would run out. This caused the rest of the folks to get a cold shower in December! This was one of the biggest issue we found in the unit and hope the owners get a replacement. Overall, a descent place to stay.

This condo was perfect for 2 couples and even better than the pictures! Perfect location with a quiet beach and beautiful views from the balcony. Mikes restaurant was delish and just a quick walk across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in your condo. Everything was so clean and spotless. We really enjoyed the large balcony. We ate breakfast and lunch on it just about every day. I think I fell asleep on the large lounge chairs every evening listening to the waves. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for a weeks stay or longer. The beds were very comfortable and seemed to be new. We can’t wait until our stay next summer.

The property was clean, modern, and very relaxing. Waiting for an elevator was the worst part of the experience so totally worth it. Beautiful view of ocean. Not many attractions in walking distance but still a great deal!

Had a “work-a-tion” for the month of March. Clean, quiet, relaxing. SAFE. Far enough away from the craziness of PCB but close enough to everything. Emerald Isle runs a tight ship. Hope to make this an annual ritual. Loved it

Very much enjoyed the condo for our 1 week stay. This Condo was as advertised; clean, nice beach view, great patio, great kitchen...etc. Beach was ok but water had lots of seaweed, still enjoyed the warmer water to swim...just make sure you rinse off! Pools were a bit disappointing for the crowds - small so don't expect a resort style pool! Only 1 restaurant within walking distance (Mikes Oyster Rest).., so expect to drive for dining options. Nice thing with Mikes is you can walk over put your name down and walk back to condo as it was about 45min-Hr wait. All in all this unit was perfect for us. THANKS!

This condo is everything the listing says and more, with a fantastic view over the Gulf of Mexico. We (family of four, two boys aged 7 and 16) had a fantastic week in Panama City beach. Three pools (one spa) and a great location directly at the beach in a quiet area. Two beach chairs and an umbrella service was great, two basic chairs were available in the apartment. Highly recommended.

My friends and I had a relaxing get away at this location, we enjoyed the pools and spa the most. I had multiple conversations with the owner and she was quick to respond and lovely might I add. Will be staying here again in the future. We noticed our door code changed an hour early but this was not a big deal since we caught it. Other than that everything was great!
