It couldn't be easier to bike over to the world famous Donut Hole for a delectable breakfast, then spend the day at the beach, and finish up with shopping then dinner at one of the many fine restaurants located within a mile or less.

This newly built, three-story, spacious and beautiful home is the perfect choice for your next Beach vacation! Meticulously designed and well appointed, this upscale Beach house has everything you need and want for a relaxing, fun getaway with family or friends. This home is just stunning, we can't wait for you to see it! In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a third story which is the perfect spot for the kiddos, additional family members, or friends. The third story open loft boasts one queen bed, one twin bed, a private bathroom, and its own living room with large smart TV and table and chairs for playing board games. This house is the perfect set up for one family, a multigenerational family vacation, two families vacationing together, several couples, or a group of friends… We've got it all covered!

- Master Bedroom on 2nd floor: King bed with TV, luxurious private bath that includes a relaxing separate soaking tub and walk-in shower
- First Guest Bedroom on 2nd floor: Queen bed with TV and shared bath
- Second Guest Bedroom on 2nd floor: 2 Twin beds with TV and shared bath
- Upstairs Third Story Loft: Queen bed and Twin bed with private bath and TV, plus second living room with TV, large comfy sectional couch, and small table with four chairs for playing games or snacking

Guests have access to and use of the garage for a golf cart/LSV, and the back outdoor patio offers a gas grill and dining table so you can enjoy your meal outdoors in the sunshine and enjoy the beautiful, peaceful view.
Please note the nearest beach is mentioned above and is The Inlet Beach Regional Access with parking spaces and restrooms, so you can drive, walk, or bike over to the beach.
Five complimentary adult sized bikes are included with each reservation so you can easily bike to all the nearby shops, restaurants and even the beach. We also provide you with six portable beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach and pool toys for the kiddos, and a wagon. We try to think of everything you might possibly need so all you need to do is throw your clothes, swimsuit, toothbrush, and flip-flops in your luggage! Guests have access to the entire house, inside and out, including the garage and patio.

Guests have access to the community pool from 7:30 AM to 10 PM. Pool is not heated at any time.

Guests must be age 25 or up to book this property. You may be required to show ID. The named renter on the reservation must be present throughout the entire stay.
