Located alongside the fairway of the Bay Point Golf Club, this spacious, family-friendly home features a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, an inviting dining space, and a chill living area complete with a shuffleboard table, a TV with streaming options (using your own accounts), and sliding door access out to the furnished patio. Free WiFi and central air-conditioning round out essential amenities, and there is a sofabed that provides extra sleeping space.

Beachgoers will be thrilled to discover that the white, sandy beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short drive from this home. For a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, visit downtown Panama City Beach, just six miles northwest, where you'll find beachside restaurants and fun attractions like WonderWorks, the Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, and the Cobra Adventure Park.

Smooth process

Beautiful property, no problems until last day when toilets and showers couldnt be used because of busted pipe in unit. Had to be relocated. It was an inconvenience but Vacasa did the best they could to find us another place immediately. They were amazing. I'm told that this was the 3rd time that they've had a plumbing issue with this unit. Property manager couldnt be contacted, which was also an inconvenience because security and the other listed numbers didnt know what to do. But Vacasa staff was amazing.

PositiviTEA Retreat

The rental process was easy. Checking in was easier. The property has lots of space. 4 bedrooms... 1 of the bedrooms has 2 twin beds. The rest are full, king and queen. Balcony in 2 of the rooms overlooking a beautiful pond. This was perfect for our affirmation retreat with PositiviTEA.

Good stay... not Great

Seems to have been updated recently but not finished. The breaker box didn’t have a front panel, leaving all the wires exposed. The frame around the windows in the breakfast area are still exposed and a few lights in the kitchen aren’t working. Three lamps had no light bulbs. The floors needed to be swept. The box spring in the master bedroom looked old and slightly dirty. The counter tops and cabinets were all clean and new. Over all a good place to stay, plenty of space, lots of games and a nice view of the golf course, just needs a little work. Few suggestion: kitchen had everything needed except a wine bottle opener and filters for the coffee maker.

Keep your options open

We had one problem after another from the time we arrived. We checked in, walked inside only to find a maintenance person upstairs fixing a window (we were not informed).
