A quick walk through the parking lot, to your very own private beach access, you are just steps away from warm white-sands and cool turquoise waters. This beachside getaway promises lots of fun in the sun with beachfront access in under 2 min and a beautifully manicured swimming pool. Coming with children? Great! this property gives families the luxury of quickly returning to their accommodations for a nap, snack, or dip in the pool without the hassle of packing up the whole family.

No waiting for an elevator! This condo has stairs only. It is located on the third floor.

This unique condo is a 1 bedroom 1 bath and loft. Newly updated offering a King and sofa bed down stairs and a Queen bed in the upstairs loft. Please be aware that the staircase can offer a tight fit.

The condominium also offers guests an outdoor area with a meticulously cared for pool and lawn. Next to the pool you will find an outdoor grilling/picnic area available for your cooking adventures.

When you enter the property, you will be given a special code to access the condo upon your arrival. You will also be provided with a parking pass, on the entry table when you walk into the condo. The parking pass must be visible on your windshield during your entire stay.

IMPORTANT: 5 people maximum. If you have more guests than reflected on your reservation, we will have to ask you to leave - no refund. This booking is a NO PETS property. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be asked to leave - no refund. The guest booking the property needs to provide a government issued ID.

I throughly enjoyed my stay. The condo description matched perfectly to what I was expecting. The king bed was a dream and the kitchen was fully stocked with most of your everyday needs, even providing sample coffees. I especially enjoyed the private beach access. The host was warm & welcoming and available if any questions came up. I highly recommend this unit and will definitely recommend it to my family & friends!

Great host to work with. Communicative and responsive. All the instructions were clear and easy. When I asked questions the responses were timely and clear. The stay was lovely- a very comfortable and clean space and so convenient to so many things like the pool, the beach, and COFFEE!!! lol. all -around great stay. Had a lovely time.

Relaxing

My daughter and I spent 4 relaxing days on the beach. Mekayla was super quick to answer back if i had a question and the check in and out process was flawless. My daughter loved the loft area. It was like she had her own little apartment to herself. Super cute condo and just a minute or two walk to the beach! We will for sure be staying again in the future!

Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Mekayla and Travis' condo! Immediately upon entering, we noticed not only how updated and impressively decorated it was, but it also smelled nice and was immaculately clean! The condo was the perfect amount of space for us. We enjoyed it overlooking the pool and the short walk to the beach. We had more than enough supplies provided for our stay and the wifi was strong. Overall, we had a great time and will be back.

Awesome experience

We had an excellent stay! The condo was clean and beautiful. Was fairly close to the beach as well, only reason for the 4 star on location was due to being on the third floor of the condo building and no elevator. Something we completely missed on the listing, made for one heck of a trip getting things up and down from the truck. Outside of the three story trek… it’s was an amazing stay, highly recommend (for someone ok with 3 flights of steps!)

Property was as pictured and included a starter kit, which I was EXTREMELY grateful for. After planning, packing and driving to getaway and relax, the last thing you want to do it stop for dish sponge, soap, etc. Location was perfect! Private beach access is always a plus! Kitchen was stocked with all necessary cookware and dishware. It was "homey" and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and again.

This adorable condo was absolutely perfect for my family of 4! It was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location! Just steps from the pool and the beach! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next summer! Amazing hosts!

We enjoyed our stay here it was so beautiful. The condo had everything we needed and the host was very sweet and helpful. I would definitely give our stay here a 100 stars if I could. Definitely will come back here next year. Nautical watch condos is a perfect place for a family. And E-11 is the place to stay.

Great visit

We enjoyed our short trip at this condo. Easy access to the beach. Location was good, we were not close to the heavier traffic areas which is what we wanted. Condo was well stocked, no real complaints.

**2nd Stay!!! And will be back again!

Pretty much everything I stated from previous stay! It was an amazing stay. We had ZERO issues. Everything worked perfectly in condo! A few new things that we really enjoyed or that was added and helpful…..hanging shower caddy was a nice add, 2 nice Panama Jack beach chairs and extra wash clothes and towels were added ( total of 8 or more now)! We were able to check in early which was really nice ( and understand that is not always gonna happen and some host from previous Vrbo rentals would never allow)! As stated before… if I have to pick a negative….and this is being super picky (and I’m picky!!!), It would be furniture covers. And that’s not a big deal or a game changer for us! We will be back! Hoping June and then sept! We had a blast! We had PERFECT weather and the best spring break! It’s our home away from home! Thanks 😊 The Arnolds

Just as advertised, very quite, most the time it was just us at the pool, with it being heated as well it was a hit for our little one even on the cooler days. Mekayla and Travis were very fast to respond giving us help and advice during our stay. Definitely recommend this place and them! 10/10 stars 🌟

It’s very close to perfect!

Extremely clean, steps from the beach, perfectly stocked with all essentials, upgrades ( ceiling fans with remotes, flat panel in bathroom for fan, night light and music), nicely decorated, great lay out and even loft area private minus sound obviously! I guess if I have to pick something that could have some improvements it would be living room furniture did have some wear ( visibility of discoloration on arms of 2 chairs and a little on sofa). But that is just me trying to find something! Some furniture covers would fix that right up :) I’m very picky!!!! To say I’d stay here again is a huge deal! And we WILL ABSOLUTELY STAY AGAIN!

Perfect getaway on the beach

The condo was exactly as described. Clean and ready to unpack and begin the vacation. Location was perfect, away from the busy areas of Pier Park but close enough to drive and enjoy all the PCB offered. Which also allowed for less crowded beaches. Will definitely stay again.
