AGE: Our Association Rules Requires a Responsible Party to be 25 years of age or older unless staying with a parent or guardian who must be staying in the condo during the rental period and to be available at all times. Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will forfeit the full payment and the party will not be permitted to check in with our Property Manager or will be asked to vacate if this becomes an issue during the rental period.
