The Palm Master bedroom's coastal décor is casual and inviting. You'll feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. You'll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud in your luxury queen bed with an extra comfy mattress and silky high thread count sheets. The bedroom has a wall mounted flat screen TV, too. The recessed closet is a great space saver with plenty of storage for you things.

Our gourmet kitchen has plenty of counter and cabinet space. You'll love the upscale stainless appliances. Plenty of cookware to make your favorite meals! We even provide a Keurig!

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with glass doors and a single vanity. The bathroom is easily accessible from the Master and from the Great Room. You'll love our fluffy white towels, too. The perfect place to wash away your cares. A hair dryer is furnished for your convenience.

Get to the beach FAST! This condo is just steps from the beach. Sunbird is a gated community with three pools, sunning decks, tennis court, shuffleboard, on-site fitness center and charcoal barbecue grills for poolside cook-outs. Restaurants and attractions are located nearby. Just walk next door to World Famous Pineapple Willy's for barbecue ribs or seafood, and enjoy a delightful sunset dinner from his pier or make it a lunchtime treat!

Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass which is included with your rental. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Vehicles without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside condo. We provide an initial supply of toilet paper & paper towels in your rental.

The condo looked exactly as pictured, and the view was literally picture perfect! The pool is in a great location and just foot steps from the beach. It was stocked with towels, as well as the basic necessities. I do think it could have used a more thorough cleaning and definitely a new mattress for the pull out sofa. I wouldn’t even call it a matrress. It is literally so thin that even my 35 pound 3 year old would sink in it. Also, the floor under the pull out sofa as well as under the bed in the bedroom had not been swept under. We found (actual package of cheese and crackers opened with the cheese molded over under the bed). However, I know things like this happen, and I didn’t call and complain. I would stay here again because it was quiet, the perfect location to any and everything in PCB, the pool wasn’t crowded, the views were breathtaking, check in was as easy as it comes, and you were just footsteps from the beach. The beach here is not overly crowded, powdery, white, and so soft, and the beautiful emerald waters can’t be beat!

You can’t beat the view!!

My partner & I had an amazing stay at this condo. The view from the living room and balcony were unbeatable. We spent more time on the balcony than we did on the beach! Condo was clean & the perfect size for us. Bed was more on the stiff side, so if you have a favorite mattress topper I’d recommend that, but we have zero complaints overall! Pools & beach access were perfect, and TVs in both bedroom and living room. We so enjoyed our stay!

My stay at this place was at best tolerable. I think it can be a nice place. There was a few things which cause me to have this opinion. 1. The Duct Vents was filthy. I took pictures and sent to the management company. 2. The bathroom shower doors was difficult to slide. I also took pictures 3. The ring on the commode was loose. Love seat and couch need cleaning. I think it could be better with a more watchful eye on upkeep. It wouldn’t be my first choice the next time.

Beautiful!!

This was the first time my daughter had ever stayed in a beachfront condo and she was completely amazed. I loved all the decor. It was definitely in the theme for the beach. The place was very comfortable and even with the renovations going on it was peaceful and not a lot of noise. There are a few things I would consider changing. There needs to some type of curtains on the bedroom window because of the light coming in from the corridor. The dishwasher didn’t work while we were there but someone was coming in after we left to fix it. Other then that I would say we had a very pleasant stay. We both enjoyed the view and the ocean breeze. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely great!

Very decorated! We absolutely enjoyed the 11th floor balcony -it was like being on the beach -great view!!!. We were very comfortable and everything was so clean and well maintained with very updated ammenities. Kitchen had everything we needed except a toaster. Parking and beach access was super easy.

Love the place. Can’t wait to go back. Yes while there they are currently doing renovations on the property. Yet the slight inconvenience was minimal. Can’t wait to go back and experience the place once they are done. My only critique not complaining just and idea. I would be for the owner to have a blind installed to the one side window. As we had some kids come in the last night with us sitting on the small loveseat. They tapped on the window and was hanging over railing looking at us. Which was a little weird. Also the verification of renters as I said believed the room next to ours had teenagers without an adult and they did not know how to close a door without slamming it. I don’t put this on the owner of my rental but the property owners may need to look into how that is handled and well other than a few things it was overall a great place. Met a couple of rental owners that were very nice and accommodating to us. The place was spotless and well cleaned and decorated beautifully. I definitely hope to go back soon and definitely would recommend VBRO and this rental if you are thinking of coming to PCB.

Awesome stay at the Sunbird

Condo was clean, nice and had a spectacular view from the balcony and it’s location is close to everything. Pinnapple Willy’s is right next door on the right, but if you want a little extra space on the beach, the beach on the left is more secluded. Condo description is accurate. The only negative is I was given the wrong door code in my check-in email. After leaving from our stay I realized I received a text with another door code. They have a keyed backup lockbox system and we made that work for us. Thanks for the Great Stay!

Exactly as advertised!

Our room was perfect, very clean and well decorated. It felt like a home away from home and the view was insane. We ate breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning it was amazing. Only critique I’d have is to update/replace the mattress on the pull out couch. Otherwise the stay was wonderful and the check in/out process was a breeze. We will definitely be coming back 100%

Excellent!

Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean and had an amazing view from balcony. Bathroom and kitchen were very small but we managed just fine. It was our first time at the sunbird, price was very affordable which is very much appreciated in this economy. Pools were nice and never crowded even over July 4th. Thanks…we had a blast!!

The property couldn’t have been any easier to check into. It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. We loved how easily accessible the beach and pool were, as well as, the convenience it was to everything, especially Pineapple Willy’s! We had a fantastic stay!
