Gli ospiti potranno trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile in questa lussuosa casa sulla spiaggia, completamente arredata, con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La camera da letto principale / principale ha un letto king-size, mentre le restanti camere sono arredate con un letto queen-size e un letto matrimoniale e una o due letti singoli, comodi per dormire, 7 persone. In cima al bancone della cucina, troverai un libro di accesso con le chiavi della password WiFi per il carrello da golf e l'apriporta del garage in un barattolo di tè, il giorno del cestino è martedì mattina presto. Questi sono i nuovi cuscini Sertas in tutta la casa. Anche con fogli di conteggio a 650 fili e cuscini Sleep-gram. L'ampio soggiorno è arredato con nuovi mobili in pelle, poltrone reclinabili elettriche e TV da 65 pollici, smart TV LG 2018 con soundbar. La proprietà è completamente equipaggiata con il sistema di sicurezza per tutta la casa Vivint.

La struttura dispone di WiFi gratuito, internet Comcast ad alta velocità. La cucina è perfetta per cenare in quanto è dotata di tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici principali. Situato vicino alla spiaggia, a 3-5 minuti a piedi, gli ospiti possono godersi un pomeriggio di sport acquatici e pettinatura in spiaggia. Uso gratuito di un nuovo carrello da golf per andare avanti e indietro in spiaggia. Patio posteriore include, schermato nella veranda vasca idromassaggio e grill a gas.

This was the perfect house for our family (including our dog). It was clean and well-stocked and the master bathroom was spectacular! Our teenage daughters loved the proximity to the beach and the fun golf cart, as well!

It was a nice home in a fair neighborhood, very easy working with the property owner. The golf cart was a major plus but the house was on the far end of the city so everything was a 20 minute drive.

Very nice newer well maintained home in quite PCB neighborhood, close to beach. The golf cart made getting around the area and to and from the beach so easy. Nice 2 car garage. Home well appointed and John the owner was very nice and cooperative to work with. Nice to work with owner and not management company. Nice fenced in back yard for our dog.

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed at in PCB. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. You are just a minute from the beach and having the golf cart made it easy to get everything to and from the beach. You are close to restaurants and activities but still in a quiet neighborhood which was very peaceful. My dog loved the fenced in backyard where she was able to run around. If you are thinking about booking this place don’t hesitate because you won’t regret it. John, the owner, was extremely kind and very responsive. I will definitely be coming back to stay anytime we’re in PCB.

This was one of the best experiences we have had getting a place on VBRO! The owner is so nice and helpful in answering any questions, and the home was absolutely beautiful. It fit all our needs and more, from the cleanliness, the space, the fenced in back yard, and the use of a golf cart to get us back and forth to the beach. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!♥️

This house is perfectly located and John is attentive to detail and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. This is the second year to stay and will definitely stay again. Golf cart is a plus and only a short drive to beach and Thomas donuts which was a huge hit with my family. We surf fished right there at the 84 beach access and this year caught 13 different species.

The home was amazing, John was very quick to help out with any issues and a very good guy to deal with. The home is very close to the beach and with the provided golf cart was a breeze to get to and from. Our family has stayed in the Panama City area several times and can say that this home will definitely be our go to from now on.

John (host) is wonderful. Responsive , attentive , goes above and beyond. The house is immaculate. What you see in the photos is what you get. The entire home has been remodeled like new. Love the master bath with the huge double shower. Tiled from floor to ceiling. The backyard fenced all around was a big plus for our Havanese. She loved it. The location is excellent. 2 blocks from Laguna beach. We loved the provided golf cart that took us there. We wanted a more tranquil location away from the congestion of PCB and we got that. PCB and Pier Park is only 4 1/2 miles away. West of the house is an easy drive to Rosemary beach, Alys beach …about 4 miles west of the house. It’s minutes drive away. We drove to Destin as well about an hour drive with traffic. We had a fantastic time got to see everything we planned to. Even Panama City itself. You cannot go wrong here. For what you pay for one room per night at a PCB beachfront hotel you get a 3 bedroom detached house with a yard two blocks from the beach. And away from all the riff raff. Highly recommend. We will be back more times for sure. Our new go to home for the emerald coast. Thanks again John!

John was always available by text or phone to answer questions or respond to any concerns. The fenced backyard worked well with our small dog and the golf cart was a savior when transporting gear to the beach. But if just going down to view the sunset, it’s a very short and enjoyable walk.

This beach house is well-situated in Panama City Beach, away from the busy crowds and noise. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and just a short walk/golf cart ride to the beach. A variety of attactions are within a short drive from the house. We enjoyed visiting three Florida state parks that were nearby: St. Andrews, Camp Helen, and Grayton Beach state parks. The fenced back yard was perfect for our two dogs, as well as for lounging outside on the patio furniture. John was very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions.

Chose John’s place to escape the Midwest cold and get in some beach time between working. The place was spotless and furnished to have what was needed and beyond. The dogs and I loved the backyard and the area is quiet. His home is appointed so well that it makes for a relaxing and perfect stay. The location to go explore or enjoy the beach is another positive. Highly recommend.

Well stocked kitchen (Pots, Pans, Dishes & Utensils) with almost everything one could want for dining at home on those nights when you want to stay at home. The grill was a plus for someone who likes to cook on the grill and access to the golf cart was a nice feature as well. It was also nice to have the garage which allowed us to park inside and when getting ready to head out for the day we could load up our dog without worrying about him running off. The fenced in back yard also worked well for us since we brought our dog. It allowed him to get out and run around without needing to be on a leash. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We came in from Iowa and it felt like being at home, but with much warmer temperatures.
