  • Vieni a "Nifty Shades of Grey", un rifugio sulla spiaggia! Non crederete la splendida vista panoramica davanti golfo dalla sala esagonale grande. Situato nella splendida Inlet Beach, sei a pochi passi dai negozi e dai ristoranti di Rosemary Beach. Al piano inferiore è un grande patio coperto per cucinare all'aperto e godere di viste sul golfo. Questa casa sulla spiaggia di famiglia è stata completamente rinnovata dentro e fuori. Nuovi mobili, elettrodomestici, pavimenti e bagni. Decorato in tonalità di grigio belle, fresche e calmanti accentate con il colore del golfo. Nifty Shade's of Grey include 2 sedie a sdraio e 1 ombrellone dal 1 marzo al 31 ottobre e 4 biciclette.

    Con 5 camere da letto che includono 3 letti king size, avrai un sacco di spazio per la privacy e il relax. Abbiamo 3 bagni e una doccia esterna. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size, cabina armadio, televisione HD, e una splendida spa come bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio Kholer, doccia separata in vetro e doppio lavabo. La camera da letto matrimoniale aggiuntivo ha un televisore HD e salotto separato con un divano per la lettura e relax. La terza camera da letto ha un comodo letto matrimoniale, televisione HD montata a parete e si trova vicino alla sala da bagno. La quarta camera da letto, con vista sul golfo, ha un letto matrimoniale. Una camera da letto per bambini si trova al piano di sotto e dispone di 2 letti singoli sopra i letti a castello. C'è un divano letto nella zona al piano di sotto con un letto estraibile per 2.

Nifty Shades of Gray

We've stayed here three summers in a row and will probably keep going back. It's the perfect location, plenty of space for a big group, beachfront, great view, clean, etc. I would definitely recommend.

On the gulf

Views of the gulf from every room. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Beautiful decor. Enjoyed sitting on the porch to view our private sunset. Even had our beach chairs and umbrella set up every day. Great vacation.

Family Beach Vacation

If views, location and beach access are top of your list, then stay here! Everything about Nifty shades of grey exceeded our expectations. The layout worked perfect for our multi-family group. Cant wait to catch a future sunset from the deck!

Our annual girls trip was wonderful! The homes panoramic views (even in the rain) and fire pit was a highlight. The property managers were responsive to some minor details. I would highly recommend this home, which is in a great location to restaurants and shops in Rosemary Beach!

We can't you all enough for making this weekend so special and memorable. This location was perfect for our family weekend and the house was absolutely breathtaking. We Love Nifty Shades!

We are repeat renters and love the spaciousness and location of this house! Plenty of room for group of 10-12, the kitchen is great and the "protected" beach area is invaluable as this slice of heaven on 30A gets more crowded. Hoping to be back for two weeks next year! One final comment - Paradise Properties is AWESOME to work with!!!

Beautiful views

We had a great week at Nifty shades of gray. The views from the kitchen/ livingroom area are amazing, the short walk to the beach and the outdoor shower made it so easy to enjoy the beach with kids. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and management was quick to help with anything we needed. I saw previous reviews talking about dirty furniture but the furniture was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing beach front home!

The house was perfect. The photos were beautiful but the house was even more so in person. Great location next to Rosemary Beach. Easily walkable or ride the bikes down 30A. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space. And sunset on the deck great. Highly recommend this house.

Excellent vacation property

We enjoyed our stay at Nifty Shades of Gray. The property was clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach service was also very good with chairs and umbrellas normally setup by 8:30. Denise, our contact with property management, was prompt in responding to any questions we had. The only improvement that I could think of is their Internet service wasn't the best we have seen. The TVs would pause more frequently than normal to load videos. We didn't go to Florida to watch TV so it wasn't that big of a problem. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Cute house and just steps to the sand

The location of the house was great and the beach access was as good as it gets! Our only complaint was that the blender, ice maker, and water dispenser on the refirgiferstor was basically nonfunctional. The property management company was great and you are just a short bike ride away from the middle of Rosemary Beach, so eating out was really easy too!

Nifty shades of grey

Loved the house and accommodated all of us perfectly! One thing if I could recommend for large groups is an additional trash can! We checked in at 4pm on Friday (trash service had already run) and checked out on a Monday so Tuesday hadn't gotten to us yet therefore we had trash outside of bins but waiting for collection tomorrow. All in all 10/10 and spectacular views from inside the living room and on the deck of course. Thanks so much!

4th time we've stayed. We love the property. Unfortunately, the furniture is filthy. I put sheets over it just to sit on it. Probably dated. Lots of bugs this year inside for some reason. The Laidback chair service is the best we've had

Nifty is an understandment

This home is a knock-your-socks off beauty. I would sincerely say it is the most beautiful home on the beach. On the outside it is simple, but those three banks of bay sliding doors really push the living room out into the beach and immerse you in waves and water. Unforgettable. A minor head's up: bring everything with you. The property does not come with anything - not a pod of Keurig for a morning coffee, a scoop of tide for the washing machine or a tsp. of salt. There is one blow dryer and one shampoo/conditioner for four showers. Come prepared.
