Walk to World Famous Pineapple Willy's, next door and enjoy lunch or a beautiful sunset dinner from the pier. This cozy one bedroom, one bathroom home comfortably sleeps 4, two in the beachfront king bed and two on the beach front queen sleeper sofa. Sunbird is a family friendly, secure, gated community with 24/7/365 security for your peace of mind. Free Wi-Fi too! We know you'll love it as much as we do!

Note: Sunbird sustained damage during Hurricane Isaias in October 2026. Repairs to the property are ongoing and are expected to be completed by Spring 2027. The center pool is closed for safety and you may hear construction noise on weekdays. Otherwise, your vacation won't be affected by the repairs. Thanks for your patience as Sunbird makes the necessary repairs.

Registration (Parking & Armbands) is paid separately via the Park N Spot App. Parking is limited to one space per condo. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice. Registration averages around $60 per stay.

The microwave is mounted above the stove to give lots of counter space. The breakfast bar seats 2 and the dining area seats 4. You can see the beach from the kitchen and dining area, too.

The coastal casual inspired bedroom is right on the beach. Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean on your comfy king-sized bed with luxurious high thread count sheets. It's like sleeping on a cloud. The overhead ceiling fan makes it even more comfy. Enjoy your favorite shows on your big flat screen HDTV with DirecTV Streaming. The large closets offer plenty of storage for your suitcases and clothing.

Relax in your beachfront tropically decorated great room on the queen sleeper sofa and coordinating love seat. Enjoy your DirecTV Stream on the man-sized living room TV or stretch out with a beach novel from our collection. You can even surf by the surf with free high speed internet access.

Your bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a toilet and a single vanity. There's a hair dryer for your convenience. The bathroom is accessible from he master bedroom and the great room.

Sunbird is a gated community with a fun, family oriented atmosphere. There are three pools (one heated) with large sunning decks, beach swings, charcoal barbecues with picnic tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts and shuffleboard and an on-site fitness center.

Once our housekeeping staff finishes cleaning and disinfecting, our inspectors check everything.
