Welcome to Sterling Reef 401!  This beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA BeachFRONT corner unit boasts amazing Gulf views of the sugar white sands and the emerald waters!  Enjoy the sights and sounds from your large, private balcony as well as the living room, kitchen and master bedroom! This condo features a king bed in the master bedroom with balcony access, a queen bed in the first guest room, and a king in the second guest room.  This lovely unit sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably! With its breath-taking views and convenient location, Sterling Reef 401 will definitely be your next family favorite vacation destination!

Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000sqft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace. Watersport rentals are also available.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The condo was clean and the location was great. However, the exterior of the property needs to be attended to. It is very unlevel, especially on the 4th floor by the elevator area. There are no signs or markings indicating to watch yourstep.

Great view and great location

This was a great unit. Since it was a corner unit, it had a spectacular view. The elevators are somewhat slow, but this place was no worse than any other units I’ve stayed in the area. My only slight complaint is there was no Roku or streaming capability. It wasn’t advertised as having it, but this is the first unit I’ve rented in a while that didn’t have Roku. It did have satellite/cable TV. My only other complaint was there was only 1 extra blanket. I would definitely stay here again. The whole family loved it.

Wonderful condo!

I would highly recommend this condo! Excellent location and the view was amazing. It was very clean and comfortable and was exactly as pictured. Close to restaurants and a water park. I would stay here again!

Beautiful & Relaxing!

We got the same room we had last year because we liked it so much. We had a wonderful view. And it was decorated so well. It had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable week's stay.

We loved the view of the gulf. Disappointed the pool is not available and the first weekend of May is Thunder Beach with a motorcycle rally, loud music - all night long. We would go back, but not during that event.

We found our go-to PCB condo

We have stayed in quite a few Panhandle condos over the years and this one may be the One. Great parking situation and location near the pier. The spaciousness is surprising and views terrific, particularly at the dining table. Management was first rate when we needed some help, thanks Sheryl and Christopher! A lot of boxes checked off and great value.

Stayed with our 2 adult kids (son and daughter) plus her husband and our grand daughter. Ate great food, went deep sea fishing, shopping and our 3 y/o grand daughter got a hole in one playing gooney golf. Great time relaxing

Great condo

The condo was better than the pictures provided in the listing. It is very spacious and comfortable. Being an end unit made it even better. The views were absolutely fabulous. The location was great. Close to everything you could need. There were beach chairs on the balcony which was a huge help. Jet skis for rent right on the beach as well as banana boat rentals. Highly recommended this unit. We can’t wait to go back and stay there again.
