Hygge Heights 10/10 Perfection

We truly can't say enough great things about this studio and the exceptional communication from the property managers. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed—with thoughtful touches like sweet treats, drinks, and kind text messages letting us know they were just a message away if we needed anything.The studio itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was provided—beach access bracelets, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, a blow dryer, dishes, utensils, coffee...you name it, it was there. There is a beautiful partial view of the ocean from the 4th floor balcony and the lovely pool is right down below. This studio is walking distance to bars/restaurants and shops, so it's definitely the perfect location.This has been our best experience in Seacrest so far, and we’re already looking forward to returning to Hygge Heights in the future!

Lovely get away

The property is in a great location. It's a short, easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was nice to come back to the relaxing pool setting at the end of the day and then watch the sunset from the balcony.

Perfect Stay in Rosemary Beach!

The property is located across the street from the ocean. Stunning views from the balcony and very clean property. We loved having the bikes to pedal around and grab food at our leisure! Everything was great and the hosts go above and beyond to check in and make sure you have a great experience! Amazing!!

Perfection!

This is the best possible location if you’re wanting to visit Rosemary, Alys and Seaside Beaches! Everything in Rosemary and Alys is walking or biking distance and Seaside is just a short drive. The weather was cooler so we didn’t use the pool but the hot tub was great. The included bikes were a great bonus. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Hosts were great. Check in and check out were simple.

Rosemary beach haven!

We had a great stay. Clean accomodations and great access to both Rosemary Beach and Alys beach. Fabulous restaurants and family friendly stay! We want to bring our kids back with us next time. Also, we had an issue with one of the bikes but the owner reimbursed us for a rental to use instead. Small, tidy and conveinient space!

Very nice, Great location, but lots of stairs

We enjoyed our stay and the place itself was very clean and comfortable. We were on the fourth floor and were informed less than 24 hours prior that the elevator was out. I think we would have booked something else given the option of a full refund as walking four flights 3-4 times a day was a bit much. The elevator had also be broken for 2 1/2 weeks before our arrival.

Perfect location

Cute little place with nice view of the pool and a glimpse of the Gulf water. Everything we needed was within walking distance. I loved having Alys on one side and Rosemary on the other. There are many excellent dinner and cocktail options nearby. If you are solely looking to spend all your time at the beach, this may not be the best choice as the dedicated beach area is very small and crowded (and the weather wasn’t even nice while we were there). I would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary getaway

Jorgen and Jeanene are amazing hosts! Location, attention to detail and value made our getaway amazing!!!! This place is so cute, well appointed and close to everything you would want near Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach!!!! With attention to detail I mean the cute coffee bar & plush bathing towels just to name a few things. To include bikes, beach chairs, and beach towels saved us from purchasing or renting those items while we were here. We enjoyed the hot tub every day too!!! Thank you guys so much. We would love to rent from you again!!!!

Wonderful weekend getaway

We came down for the weekend and everything was absolutely amazing! The pool/hot tub, the property having bikes available- everything was 10/10. Property managers made sure to check with us to make sure we didn’t need anything- we asked for dinner recommendations and both restaurants they suggested did not disappoint. We hope to be back!!

We liked that it was a bit away from the center of commercial areas; but had easy access to all shopping and restaurants and the fun things we were looking for, like walks to the beach. It was a wonderful place to relax and accessible to our friend who lives in Panama City Beach. (the reason for our trip)

Great location for a very reasonable price

The unit in which we stayed was clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed and was very convenient to Rosemary Beach town center in a short 5 minute walk. I took my grandson with me on this short trip to meet other family members who were in town for business. They stayed in the same building as well and it was perfect.

Outstanding Stay at Hygge Heights

We can’t say enough great things about this studio and the concierge-level communication with the property manager/owner! Upon arrival, we were greeted with sweet treats and beverages as well as text messages reassuring us if any need arises it would be handled by Jeannene & Jorgen. The studio itself was pristine and tastefully decorated. Additionally, we ended up extending our stay in Seacrest and they were so kind to let us borrow the bands for a few hours extra hours before switching over to another condo. We have had the best stay we’ve ever had in Seacrest and we plan to re-book at Hygge Heights again in the future!

Perfect Condo!

This condo is perfect! The owners are very throughtful, excellent at communicating and were incredibly helpful. The location is perfect and is in walking distance between Rosemary and Alys Beach. The condo is very clean, updated and the balcony is a great spot for morning coffee or to watch the evening sunset. Everything you need is there: labeled and ready for use. We will definitely be back!

Studio with a View

This property was as advertised and more! The space was clean and the hosts were very communicative! We accessed the property with ease and the view was so very breathtaking. The space had all the comforts of home and all the amenities of a rental space. Wonderful stay!
